yes i woke up with my face planted in the sand one day...had to do the walk of shame at 10 am back to the hotel covered in sand.....

ska since you are a good writter, come up with a generic letter to email south beach hotels. talk about the site, radio stream, amount of members, and ask what would it take to rent out about 50- 100 room and throw a party.... ill send it out to as many hotels as i can find on the web.... that's plan "A" , any others??

It is with great pleasure we announce the dates for the 21st Annual Winter Music Conference and the 8th Annual Ultra Music Festival . Winter Music Conference will be held from March 24?28, 2006 at the Wyndham Miami Beach Resort and Ultra will simultaneously take place Saturday, March 25, 2006 at Miami's legendary Bayfront Park & Amphitheatre as well as the after party at American Airlines Arena.

In 2005 we exceeded our own expectations by increasing WMC participation by over 1000 people and selling out the over 48,000 capacity to Ultra Music Festival. We thank you for your support in making this possible!

This year, the WMC ? Ultra partnership will continue for its 3rd consecutive year. We'd especially like to thank the artists and teams who so actively participated last year in both the WMC program and performed at Ultra Music Festival.

We plan to continue this tradition of excellence by working together to promote music within our own industry and on a global scale for the fans. Together with your participation we can make a difference.

Anybody got any rough figures??? flights, hotels, tickets,Pharmacuticals....And i aint prepared to spoon with anyone unless its fit and female.....

1500 america pesos... covers 4 days of hotel, flight (from us),rental car,food, drinking, covers nad feeding pickle coronas ... thats been my average for 3 years...

WMC is aligned with Ultra with their own dates and MMC has Global Gathering with their own dates.

MMC gave WMC a chance to be part of the longer MMC but they didn't want to. Thus all the clubs will following the MMC and clubbers should book trips based upon the MMC dates. I'm not picking sides here, but I know the clubs here in Miami are on the MMC side. Also the dates from year to year won't change, something WMC could never figure out.

These dates have been locked down for about 2 months now, they just had to work with the UK partners who were skeptical at first but as you see with GG they are on board. Everything was super hush hush. Even the big jocks had zero idea.. Dates would have gone out a month ago, but a local drama erupted over something that I won't dicusss...

Most clubs are booked up for the mmc already, most just have one or two more dates to fill. WMC is nonesense in terms of you getting on a plane and comming to Miami to party.

I'm curious to see if the Hard Rock is going to try and get in on the partying this year.. I have a feeling they will...[/quote]

so basically there are club events going on from mid to end of march. no one really goes to the actual conferences anyway.. do they?

and i highly doubt most of the clubs are booked.. maybe space and the big clubs like that.. but I'm willing to bet there are alot of parties still to be planned and booked.

Yeah just let me know when you want it. To add the Forums, I only need the exact start and end dates and a volunteer like last time who is willing to moderate the Sub-Forum of the Parties section. (merge and edit postings and such)

i dont know anyone who's been to the actual conference. but i have heard it's in excess of $300 for the pass. in some cases that pass gets you in to some events, but none of the real juicy ones.
