Thanks for not being an ass, Florida. ;)
It's pretty hard not to suspect you are trolling or just a nutter after the months of crazy links thrown together by random 'freedom fighers' whom no one else seems to think have any actual substance in their 'reports'.

Look if Fox News or Rupert Murdoch whos News Corp (who has been getting ass raped the last year with scandal) found some actual dish on Obama which was actionable enough to to take him down I don't doubt they would use it. It ain't because of a conspiracy.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

^ Somebody, somewhere has real dirt on him, as they do on all those in real power.

How else do you explain such things as the complete insanity of even contemplating a "war" with Iran? It is a complete non issue in terms of national security and yet nobody is even talking about it.

The upcoming "war" with Iran, will be sinister in nature and totally unjustified. At least in minds of the sane which I believe, is present in the great majority of citizens all over the globe.

And that's just one example that is staring the entire world right in the face. And absolutely no debate is being had about it on any msm that I've been reading, nothing at all. Instead what we are seeing is exactly the same thing as it happened in 03 with Iraq.

Back to the title of the thread. Obama will not be impeached and will see out another term. Well that's the way I see it. Mitt will be his challenger but will fall a little short of his dream. But it's ok, we don't need to feel sorry for him because he already knows that this will be his fate.

So buckle up and hang on tight for next few years lads, it's going to be one hell of a rough ride.

Honestly I wouldn't be so sure of that. Campaigning for anything on a national scale is grueling f*cking work period, end of story. If a candidate knows he will loose in his heart/mind, he wouldn't make it to the next debate. These candidates all have campaign managers and giant staffs of people calling every day raising money, they all believe their candidate can win. A lot of that energy comes from their candidate knowing/thinking they can win.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

^ I agree, we can never be certain on anything other than taxes and death.

Campaigning is an industry in itself, it keeps many people employed and the money flowing. But when push comes to shove, they too will have to take their orders and if it means falling on your sword, then so it. They'll just focus their attentions on the next one. No harm done.

As one American explained to me years ago after I had a go at him for not voting and he kept telling me, " It doesn't make a single difference, which way I vote because the elections are rigged."

I don't believe anything the government tells me and I'm sure you feel the same way about your elected officials. So it only makes sense that they also can't be trusted with having 'fair' elections either.

Many people have very short memories or simply refuse to believe that the system is corrupt and criminal in many, many ways.

I don't live in La La Land anymore and can accept these realities without giving it a second thought. That's just the way it is.

It's fairly simple and folks need to accept these ugly truths. Only then, can the nation begin to heal itself.

Oh yeah, the dirt has started to be hurled towards Mitt's way, with his staffers links and public support of the terrorist group MEK. The whole MEK thing is shady as hell and just another basic example of the blatant and shameless criminal behaviour of those in power.

For those interested, http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/article31013.htm

The fun has only begun for Mitt and yet there's so much that we still don't know about him.

We know just about everything on Obama and the best that they could come up with, was his birth certifcate. And look how well that went.

A recent poll also suggests that Jewish voters favour Obama and if that isn't a sign of what's to become, then God help us all.

Obama is in for 4 more years since the Repubs couldn't figure out a viable replacement.

That's besides the point.

Romney was just next in line.

I'm doubtful. I think it will be Romney by a fair margin.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

^ alright... you think the women vote will go toward Romeny's wife or Michelle Obama? Because I think Michelle's approval rating among females is pretty high. I wonder what percentage of voters are married. Also keep in mind that what voters say they'll do vs. what they actually do in the voting booth are 2 very different things usually. I know people are raging pissed off at any and all politicians right now, but they still are going to vote, and I think when they do it'll be for Obama, besides he way more likable than Romney on a personal level by many.

#1608347Post 92 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

It really all depends on the mood of the country and what nonsense frenzy is in the media the week leading up to election day imo, so I think Obama will win, but I wouldn't say it is a sure bet.

#1608356Post 93 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

First of all, women vote for the president.... not the first lady. ;) But seriously, the womens vote has always been in favor of the democrats by about 10-12 points. I don't think there is going to be a major shift in the tide. Not surprisingly, men skew towards republicans by about the same margin.

Most of the polls we are seeing are for registered voters. The more valuable polls are of likely voters, and those show Romney in the lead by several points. Then take into account the undecided voters. Those will go mostly against the incumbent, as they always do.

I'm not claiming to be Nostradamus, or anything like that.... but I feel confident he won't get another 4 years. I sure hope he doesn't. ;) Hey, at least it's written here and you can laugh at me in November.... or maybe vice versa.

Well, his argument is that there is a difference doing it for a state vs. the entire country. I don't like Romneycare, but I do see his point about this being a state issue rather than federal. Personally, I would be fine if he just said Romneycare was a mistake which he does not want to see duplicated on a national scale.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

Romney is going to get destroyed in the debates I think. We'll just have to wait and see ...

I like Romney btw, I'm not sure he has the average American in mind though.

#1608409Post 97 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

I'm not too sure about that. Obama is not a good debater. His entire platform is based on focus group tested catch words. He cannot think on his feet. He simply repeats the same phrases which his team has tested out with those focus groups. If you can catch him off guard, he is toast. I've watched interviews where this has happened to him. My only hope is that Romney is adept enough to take advantage of Obama's debate weaknesses.

#1608467Post 99 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

Yes, I stand by my comment. Obama is NOT a good debater. Obama's team spends a lot of time running focus groups to test out catch phrases and see what polls well. This is precisely why you have so many speeches and town hall clips of Obama using words like "fair share" instead of "cap gains tax increase." He really gets in trouble when he strays from those rehearsed phrases. Example.... his warning to the Supreme Court that resulted in his Attorney General having to issue a clarifying statement to congress. That was an off-the-cuff moment where he strayed away from the planned script, and it got him in trouble briefly.

In a debate, if Obama's opponent can steer the conversation in a direction that forces him to move away from the buzz-words, he would be VERY vulnerable, I think. My only worry is that Romney is too rigid himself to capitalize on this weakness during a debate. If you had Newt Gingrich debating Obama, it would be a complete knockout. That guy would absolutely clean his clock. Not saying I'm a big Newt fan, just that he could destroy Obama in debate.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

I would personally be surprised if Mitt takes down Obama. There's a very sharp division, a lot of fear, and even more anger. I can see a riot or two going down as we approach the election, Obama continues to become Executive-Order Happy, and Congress continues to lack sufficient courage to effectively oppose such actions.

I do not believe much will change in policies and activities, unless enough people decide to write-in a third candidate and that person wins. In which event, that person will probably be walked into a private room on Inauguration Day, to be threatened with a video of the JFK assassination from a different angle that has never been made publicly available. We'll be replacing one candidate who was handpicked by the status quo with another one. :*-(

Re: The Obama Impeachment

Obama would only be impeached if the US Gov't was functioning properly. Too much corruption leads me to believe nothing will happen. Well the banks will continue to steal money and the average American will continue to take it up the ass, with their "what can I do about it mentality"

Re: The Obama Impeachment

What I can't understand is why the establishment would want Obama gone.

He has done just about everything that has been asked of him. It doesn't make any real sense as to why he wouldn't see out another term.

The bankers got and continue to recieve more money, the "wars" continue to be waged with no end in sight, the rich are still paying little to no tax at all, civil liberties continue to be eroded, the lies and propaganda still have no boundaries, jobs are being lost, more folks dependent on food stamps, I mean the list can literally go on and on.

The questions is, "What has Obama done, that is so bad that would warrant his removal from office by the establishment?"

"Would Mitt honestly do anything differently, if he and his gang were sitting in the oval office?"

It still mazes me that folks out there, are of the belief that the current system of government is somehow serving the real interests of the people, when in reality it does the complete opposite.

And if I am wrong in my analysis come election time, then I will be the first to say so. Then we shall move and start flaming Mitt if need be.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

I liked some of your points...still, the rich pay no tax has a nice ring to it if you're trying to foment class warfare, but the figures show a different story. Collectively, they pay the most (not suggesting one way or another that they shouldn't).

I don't like Mitt, but at least he wouldn't publicly go around and make inane statements about energy prices necessarily skyrocketing because of an anti-coal agenda, nor would he sick the EPA on those evil CO2 polluters (to hell with those who will have to live in the cold and the dark). If he truly cared for the poor, he wouldn't be that brazen. MItt also would also be less likely to throw money away, as his governorship in MA supports.

Still voting for RP in the primary.

Re: The Obama Impeachment

Would Mitt rid the traitors who reside within congress? Would Mitt tear apart these lobby groups who are destroying America in their quest for never ending wars for the benifit of another nation?

And if not, then how will things get any better for the Amrican people and those around the globe?

#1618191Post 116 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

No, I don't see it happening sadly. His lip service about getting rid of Bernanke is proof enough of that. The only positive I can muster is he wouldn't throw money away to the extent that it has been done for the past 4 years. Any other war games, though, and even that bet is off.

#1618289Post 117 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

Yep, it really is depressing and I feel for those who have lost all hope for better things to come.

People are constantly looking for some kind of Messiah and rest assured, he won't be emerging from either the Democrat or Republican Parties. Folks are going to need to search elswhere, I suggest planet earth a good place to start with.

Or perhaps something different all together?

The only person running right now that would make these necessary changes is Ron Paul.

#1618400Post 119 of 176

Re: The Obama Impeachment

^ Agreed, Ron Paul is the only candidate that would shake things up right now,

But I honestly don't believe that he will ever get the chance to lead, well not within this party anyway. He needs to rid himself of the Republican party because it is rotten to the point of no return.

Not too sure what else there is for the concerend US citizens to do??? They're damed if they and damed if they don't.

God help the lot of us.
