Also has anyone heard the Japanese - Bedrock compilation mixed by DJ19? It has the John Debo mix of Apollo Vibes on 2nd track.... when the soft melodic strings come in, i get a major breakout of goosebumps

I heard this set a few years ago. I enjoyed it, I think it was really weird hearing the id's saying live in Habana. I dont know why, it just sounded really odd

carl cox on a tape from northern ireland years ago at kellys (what lush used to be) v's dj trix.started with poltergeist viscous circles and reel to reel i like to move it acapella scratched like u wudnt believe over it for about 30 secs-a min,mite b abe to find it if anyone wants.........

This all inspired me to dig out my copy of Tenaglia Athens and oh my goodness what fine music on that CD, back from the days when Global Underground was THE benchmark for what was the best in dance music

Orkidea - Unity on Steelfish is the one. The vinyl will set you back a bit but DJ Orkidea did release it on his album in all its glory.

That Stereo Dancer - Absolute Reason into BPT - Moody is still one of my favourites, awesome stuff even still today, great deep groove. I picked up the Athens longbox when I was in college and used to listen to it all the time. DIDI defo one for the books you need to hear.

I really enjoyed GU moscow opening with the WOW remix of shame and seaman #16 with quivver mix of sacred cycles but nothing beats the van bellen mix of john johnson - impact on sashas EM 2000 :O

Tenaglia Athens, as so many have said, is an epic intro for sure.
Sasha San Fran, CD2 is also quality as he just morphs it into Narcotik almost.
