i was a match of two halves mate.. chelsea were completely outclassed in the 1st half.. the second was shit.. ronaldos goal completely outweighed his pk fuck up.. BUT, yes that run up was awful, and i dont know how it is allowed that you can stop or stutter taking a pk.. but man u deserved to win at the end of the day.. van der sar's save was brilliant.. if you want to really be nit picky.. man u missed one and chelsea saved none.. chelsea missed and a man u saved one.. soooooo.. they deserved it

just remember, great players always take great chances, they fuck up too, but they also come up big in the biggest of matches

remember baggio in WC 1994.. italy would no have been there if it were not for him, but unfortunately he is remembered for skying his pk :(

UGH. We get the game broadcast again the next day(later tonight) here in Japan, because I can't be up at 3:30am to watch... Just had the whole thing spoiled by the headline on the front page of the Times. I was intentionally staying away from the BBC, but who would have thought the Times would run that on the front page...damnit. My own damn fault.

And this is after the bartender told me the result of the semi-finals as I was watching the pregame warmup. :evil::evil::evil:
