our bullpen is actually pretty good for most of the year. HOWEVER> terrible news right now. farnsworth and rivera might be hurt. rivera is going for an MRI on his elbow. ill take proctor any day, he has better numbers than most closers. he tosses high 90's and into the 100's, and has really good control. great breaking ball and slider as well. farnsworth needs a head check and also needs to grow a pair of balls and drill somone with a 100 mph fastball.

it was his first save opp. but he has been sick in the 7th and 8th all year. especially post all star break

The Cards taking 2 out of 3 from the red hot Marlins was a huge lift for this team. I can only wonder if we would have swept them if Mulder had stayed on the DL.
