Re: World Cup 2006

damn just came home..how was the Game so far? All I see is 3:0 for Argentinia already.

#656906Post 243 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

^^ 4 - 0

serbs got a red card in 2nd half but didn't matter since they were losing 3-0 already. At this point, Argentina is passing the ball around the entire field in full control.

Re: World Cup 2006

5-0 and what a goal - Tevez is one ugly mofo, but he can play
what about little old Ireland :(
Dude, they?d be nr. 2 if they were there...I think the Irish are probably the most similar to us amongst all the European people, and I?ll never forget the time I hung out with Irish supporters in the 1996 qualifiers when we beat Ireland 3-0 over here. Good stuff.

Holy crap 6-0!!!

Re: World Cup 2006

^^^ that was a beautifully constructed goal. argentina -> strongest team so far imo. they showed class, art, beauty, skills, hard work, talent, everything. i can see argentina going alll THE way!

the commentators are the biggest pieces of shit ive seen. s&m were down 3-0 and they were still trying, but those fuckers were talking how they should get off the pitch and what an embarrassement they were and shit like that. fuck them, i hope the us get trashed 5-0 to shut them fuckers up... its over!

anyway, im all for argentina after today, waking up at 6 AM was totally worth watching the show. oh and who else loved seeing maradona get his cheer on? to me he was the greatest

#656944Post 252 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

Re: World Cup 2006

that was a great goal. do you have tevez's goal too? that was beautiful. imo Tevez is the new Maradona, not Messi. He has the skills, the shot, the dribble.

Argentina was magnificent!

#657041Post 259 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

Tevez should be starting, but I'm not the coach so I have no clue why they don't start him.

As for IVC, a damn shame they didn't tie Holland. They impressed me and that game was pretty even. Too bad they didn't have any goal scorers. The best part was the yellow card to Robben. that guy is a putz.

Ecuador vs. Germany will be a great game. Ecuador is a lot better than anything Germany has played so far. Looking forward to it.

#657070Post 260 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

yea too bad about ivory coast. I feel bad as well. Also they gave Drogba a completely un-deserved yellow, so I think he will miss their third game....

#657165Post 267 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

wow fuckin ghana... the 2 players that score play in italy... a whole class over the czechs. forza italia imo

#657173Post 268 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

wow, The US might not be the type of team you guys like, but they got fuckn screwed by the ref. the 2 yellows to Pope were fuckn bullshit. They held the ball on Italy's half for most of the 1st half and played a lot better than the last game. Its a shame. Real shame. At least keep it fair. IMO, Italy wont make it past their 1st, 2nd round game.

#657174Post 269 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

USA/ITALY : It's obvious the official is throwing the match in favor to Italy. An American must have fucked his girlfriend in college or he hates that we drive SUVs

#657176Post 270 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

whats bad is that Italy had to go up a man before they started dominating. If the US scores a goal, I will be buying lotto tickets right away.

I agree on the SUV thing too

#657179Post 271 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

I will say, the linesmen are doing a geat job catching our offside traps. I cound 9 so far.

#657180Post 272 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

I cant fuckn believe this. Offsides on a shot? fuck this. Fuckn unfair. That was a goal and 9 men on 10

#657183Post 273 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

I spoke too soon.. they just called a passive offsides and striked Beasley's goal.

#657184Post 274 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

good call.. he was blocking the keeper.

#657186Post 275 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006
good call.. he was blocking the keeper.
its 9 on 10 and the Us is still generating scoring chances.

#657191Post 276 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

they are missing some offsides calls now

#657192Post 277 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

anyone says that the US was out classed by Italy can fuck off.

Great game by the US. One man down the entire second half and still played great until the last 8 minutes.

#657194Post 278 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

I can see this cup having -1 official. It will be interesting to see what happens to that fucker.

Re: World Cup 2006
I can see this cup having -1 official. It will be interesting to see what happens to that fucker.
I know. the US played great imo. A lot better than Italy.

So for the US to go to the next round, they have to beat Ghana and Italy needs to beat the Checz. Its up for grabs, except for Italy who only needs a tie to qualify.

Ghana actually has a chance to take the group too if Italy ties and they beat the US

#657252Post 280 of 725

Re: World Cup 2006

good game by the US... they were a little sloppy at first around the box..but hey they were eager.. i wish they would 've played like this in game one... it would 've been a different story..they were definetly getting a lot of scoring chances.. and hey it was an own goal by italy but if you dont generate chances then that doesnt happen...
