In case some of you folks have missed the new rule added to the RULES thread.... am starting this one so you guys are aware of recent developments

Did FriskyRadio gives a plausible reason for that?? Is the listener community growing to slow or what? If I started listening to FR there were under 500 listners daily now there are not under 1600 every day. So that can't be a reason and the djs should be glad if there sets are posted and their name goes around the world.

im going to make all the mixes from now on on all shows for frisky, but i'll release them under different names (kinda like prydz if you will). so just put there that shosh made them and we will be all good :D

radio business makes money from advertising and sponsors, not clients/listeners ;)

even XM radio charges for the technology use, not for the toonage

I know this argument can explode to justify the rising taxes for internet radio owners but... blah.....

They are just trying to move to a subscription model so that they can make money. Nothing wrong with that, they are trying to pay the bills. Not sure if the streams are going to be password protected now, now there is no way they can protect from a set getting leaked by a member recording it and distributing it, but that would be against their TOS and a dick move.

so, I see we're all experiencing some shrinkage in our post counts because of this dildo (frisky), all of the frisky threads are being deleted, ban the bozo from the site, or even better charge him $10 a month for the privelage of having an account here.

this will be funny, probibly an experiment....there rating will either go up or down depending on how public reaction to the rant goes ( worked for tenaglia ), either way they've just kind of shot themselves in the foot becuase they are about to loose a very important promotional tool and although listener ratings will go up for a small time they will start to decline as other radio stations become more popular due to people checking them out on forums like this

if it hadnt been for forums like this i wouldnt of heard of frisky radio and i,m guessing that the same goes for 90% of the members out there....kinda works out fine for all the people who are well known in the buisness if u get what i meen by that!!!

Fuck them then! Its not like all of their sets were stellar anyways, there was some really good music they broad casted i wont deny that, but a good deal of crap sets could be heard as well. And yeah, i second the motion for frisky to get the boot from Mercury :twisted:
