Just because someone donates a lot of money (and only a small percentage of their total worth, making it much less significant in the grander scheme) doesn't mean their intentions are pure.
yeah you are wrong here...at least according to official figures. He donated more than half of what he has...i mean keeping half is enough to feed a country for a life time but still he gave up half. Also his foundation convinced a hell of a lot of people to give up a lot of dosh...even Buffet parted ways with a wad.
I'm wondering why there haven't been any super secret leaked memos from any of the disgruntled or morally offended ~900 employees of this foundation detailing any of this awesomeness you speak of? I mean newspapers would love to publish juicy stores about how the 2nd richest person in the world is actually trying to kill people. Don't give me any shit about how the US newspapers are in on it either. This is the country that broke the Watergate Scandal. So if at least not the USA, wikileaks, or some other foreign paper would create some big headlines no?

i. guess. this. is. all. that. can. be. said. then.
No, it wouldn't be that obvious. Gates along with another posse of billionaires went on a charity fest last year and were so egotistical about it that they had to make a public announcement. Included in this group was David Rockefeller, and we already know of this globalist's mindset based on his own revealing quotes. I have minimal faith in the so-called benevolence of these filthy rich "intellectuals" who have designs on how the world should be run. Also, the poor typically give a greater percentage of their income to charity than those who are brimming with cash yet their efforts go largely unnoticed. That is a much better measure of the character of a man who donates the little that he has to a charitable cause...way more commendable than a billionaire giving away even half of his income.
Being rich and having money is NOT something to be ashamed of. . .of course if you acquired the wealth in a dishonest and immoral way then i guess it just depends on how comfortable you are in your own skin. I am not sure but I think both Buffet and Gates spoke of donating 99% of their net worthy to charity as the 1 percent would take them through to the rest of their lives. . . also its easy to judge people so what if they made a public announcement if i was donating 20 billion to charity I'd make a fucking public announcement. . .get me a nice silver plaque to stick on the grill of my low rider...get a forty and some bitches...yeaaaahhhhhhha booooooyyy :)

Yes, I looked up the figures...I saw it was about half and made a followup statement. It still says nothing of their true intentions.

Either way, I have every right to question said foundation's intentions when they invest so heavily in an evil corporate entity that is playing games with the food supply using genetic modification, Monsanto, not to mention Cargill:

http://blog.buzzflash.com/node/11834 (it's all documented so please don't bitch about "blog" being in the title, Rez, as they literally invested $500 million in Monsanto).

Even said billionaire club let it loose as to their true intentions for solutions to overpopulation, yet under the veil of secrecy: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/us_and_americas/article6350303.ece
Described as the Good Club by one insider it included David Rockefeller Jr, the patriarch of America’s wealthiest dynasty, Warren Buffett and George Soros, the financiers, Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York, and the media moguls Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey
Yikes. That fearful foursome is hideous enough. I know some of you lib types think they're out to save the world...pardon me for having a skepticism that evades your brain trust.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

I see what you did there, linking Monsanto and Cargill to them.

So unless you have 100% boycotted everything produced or derived from either of these companes you are a hypocrite. So you have right? Grow 100% of all your food at home or by from your local farmers right? Don't wear Nikes or Hanes, or have an iPod right? Did you solder that PCB board and Intel CPU yourself on the PC you are using to type this?

Sounds like you are just pissed they have a shitload o cash and the rest of us dont.
