What a slap in the face. Pianist Lang Lang played "My Motherland" at the White House State Dinner. The song says "When friends are here, there is fine wine, but if the jackal comes, what greets it is the hunting rifle" -- the jackal being the U.S.

It's official China owns the US now. Could you imagine if the Scottish President played Braveheart music with the British for the State Dinner?

bu bu Soetoro is such a genius. How could this have broadsided him?

Meanwhile, Bank of Montreal was recently granted permission by the Central Bank of China to engage in Yuan transactions for its North American clients.

China's buying us up in earnest...with the way things are going, I wouldn't NEED to move to China to face suppression of the liberties and freedoms that are slipping away here, one by one.

Ya just ask them..

He didn't have to say the words for this story to go to the top of the headlines in China. Look at what the papers over there can write.. Obama bows to him and Hu doesn't bow back. They play this song about killings American soldiers in the White House Dinner.

It is pretty obvious that China has one MAJOR foot up the US's ass.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

David Rockefeller, internationalist banker, and founder of CFR, trilateral commission and other nefarious orgs had this to say (NOT a blogger):
"It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."
These are the words of someone who cares not about his country. Kissinger is bred from the same cloth.

I was only pointing out the actual mindset of these members of the global elite, of which Kissinger is one. Really, actions speak louder than words. You don't have to be RunningMan to read between the lines of what the mainstream reports.

You forgot to mention that he is wanted by the international war crimes tribunal. . .real good impartial reliable source he is...so objective that he spent his whole life working closely with the establishment. The only US statesman who I disliked slightly more than Kissinger is Richard Holbrooke and thank fuck that bastard kicked the bucket.

Q: do any of y'all find that Americans are uninformed about China's focus to destabilize the US? and, do you find that most americans believe that the cold war is over?

personally, i think china is trying to put a screw to this country. and I also think that russia is still trying to wage a cold war against the US in a more subversive way.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

^The young, dumb and fullocum "progressive" crowd, yes. Those who have the benefit of advanced age and experience obviously see something more sinister, as they rightly should. I can't imagine when a despotic authoritative (commie/fascistic) regime has ever been one that can be trusted...the US seems to be headed down that road and that may be another reason China is trying to destabilize it, before its leadership does anything desperate. China has clenched the international mineral market and the US has conceded sovereign land to china (BEYOND merely embassies) at over 250 sites across the US in the form of "foreign-trade zones": http://www.veteranstoday.com/2011/01/25/jb-campbell-foreign-trade-zones-2

Makes you wonder if O'Commie is on the fast track to finalize the sell-out out before the 2012 elections.
can't imagine when a despotic authoritative (commie/fascistic) regime has ever been one that can be trusted
thought you were referring to the US there

The way I see it the US had its chance and FUCKED UP. The foreign policy tools used by the Chinese government are soooooooooooo much better than what the US has been using for the last 50 years which is why nation states are happy to part with their natural wealth.

The US model was always divide and conquer. The Chinese are a lot more subtle. . . They build infrastructure, schools, hospitals...and get raw materials in return. the best offer US was EVER able to make to the developing world was we give you guns you give us raw materials...

that time is long gone and the US is selling the same crap...no change of policy in a changing world...US foreign policy leaders never caught up with the time since the mid 80's

I would be careful not fall into that line of thinking. The fundamentals of international relations theory dictate that the inter state relations have no rules i.e. the international stage despite everything is in a state of anarchy as there is no generally accepted rules or laws that govern state behaviour. Only conventions which can be broken without much real repercussions. So this in essence means that its every man for him self or more accurately every state for itself.

So by this logic; both Russia and China seek to challenge (and are doing a good job so far) the US hegemony. this is done by just simple defiance and acting against US interests. this is by no means hostile or new...the US has acted in this way since it was founded and history is full of examples in which the US cooperates with a government while it suits them while criticizing them or even waging war when it doesn't.

IMO the US should buck up and play its strengths more while downplaying its weaknesses. I am slightly scared though; every time in history a countrys hegemony was challenged it precipitate a large scale military conflict.

i guess we'll just have to see.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

I agree with you Shpira. I think that the US and China/Russia are on a collision course. Maybe not today or tomorrow but the pattern it seems is to take down the US. The US isn't helping itself by looting the treasury and giving out to other nations either.

That is why I am worried about this N Korea situation. You see how this ties in? China just sent troops into North Korea a couple weeks ago and then they play this song at the State Dinner.

China wants Canada's oil sands
REGINA, Saskatchewan, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Energy-hungry China is seen as courting Canadian energy companies for access to the country's vast deposits of crude oil, a provincial leader said.

Canadian oil sands deposits are estimated at more than 100 billion barrels, which puts it second only to Saudi Arabia. Saskatchewan alone holds as much as 1.2 billion barrels of crude oil.

China has been moving closer to Canada in recent years, with China Petroleum and Chemical Corp. last year taking a 9 percent stake in Canadian oil sands project Syncrude. The Wall Street Journal notes that state investment agency China Investment Corp. took a 45 percent stake in a separate oil sands project owned by Penn West Energy Trust as well. Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

We all are as long as you guys allow China to do what it wants when it comes to human rights. As long as they have slave labor they will be able to buy up everything around the world. Canada will just sell the oil to China instead of the US when you guys collapse. I think it is a smart move - kind of hedging your bet.

So actually you guys are fucked.

Speaking at a TED Salon in London, economist Martin Jacques asks: How do we in the West make sense of China and its phenomenal rise? The author of "When China Rules the World," he examines why the West often puzzles over the growing power of the Chinese economy, and offers three building blocks for understanding what China is and will become.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

There are so many things wrong with what Martin Jock said where do I start...

It`s funny he could talk for 20 mins about China and never even mention human rights. But that is to be expected from a pro communist speaking forum like TED.

What gives the Chinese the sense of what the Chinese are-is that they are slaves to the state not the shit he says. God everything in that lecture is utter rubbish. If the US would just stop shopping at Walmart China would collapse. He acts like the average Chinese person has a say in what the county does.

Hitler would love this TED forum. Listen to what he says from 1940-2100.. It is nothing but communist spin... We must welcome it.... hahah ya fucking right Goebbels

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

i don't think there is anything wrong with Communism...that said China is NOT Communist.

Using "communist" as a derogatory term just shows how ignorant you are about political ideologies and how brainwashed you are by the anti socialist hysteria which has been implemented systematically on the North American continent since the end of WW2 by the social "elites" scared of wealth distribution and loss of influence..

Furthermore...the west as a whole has lost its right to criticize anyone's human record.

Re: Chinese Pianist Plays Anti-American Song at White House State Dinner

LOL @ monopoly of violent force. lol

yeah don't think that would be it mate...maybe read marx and engels "the communist manifesto" it is a classic read... anyway..you in the US have this aversion to the very word because you have these preconceived ideas about what it involves and how its implemented. This is one of the main reasons your country is fucked (and i mean that in the nicest possible way) i believe that an ideal society is something like Norway/Sweeden etc...a social democracy...high taxes, excellent government service, great value for money, no corruption...high levels of education...we should all be striving for the advancement of our society and humanity as whole rather than being short sighted fools only caring about having a bmw in the garage. . . My familly was very rich before the communists came to my country...when they came to power we donated everything. After the commies left...we all made our mark pretty quickly...I think people tend to forget...that money is a means to an end not an end on its own...
