Don't worry too much Jon i wouldn't say it's an accepted part of general speech, more a slang term amongst people with a building site sense of humour. Doubt anyone at your wedding is gonna make any sort of connection at all.

The name comes (i think) from when the stuff first came along as it was a fair bit stronger than most others at the time so led to people getting more drunk / more aggressive on the back of it.

damn, my mobile service provider (Telus) is doing some major upgrades and as a result i haven't been receiving text messages for 3 days now. I thought the upgrades were done and i was safe to text today but nope my Audio Engineer friend just called because i keep sending him texts saying "Wanna Meet?" without receiving his replies!! LOL damn you Telus!!!

^nah, imo you and my mate Bob are blowing K's comment out of proportion, the last resort is banning a legit contributing member who makes a mistake on occasion, if anything only the total nut-jobs get banned, and even they get warnings, I think MS is more than fair...but to each their own (opinion) ;)

Thanks Bob, this comes as a relief and made for a fun conversation over a few beers (pints) this evening...my best mate since childhood returned to the states with a bird from Hull (???) who lives in London now and anyway she had me a little worried that I picked a bad beer, but now I'm fine with my choice again thx the tip, I'm thinking the hotel we're going to after the recepiton might have it, and yes a few pics to come for a select few ;-)

Micko, we'll be at the country club so they will have some good scotches, however I doubt they will have that particular brand, usually mcclelland, and the glens here in the states. as far as maintstream finer single malts, but I appreciate the tip, my mate said he tried Midleton in Scotland recently...I'll ask if the hotel I'll be staying at after the reception has it, as I doubt the country club will, but they may...and yes a few pics to come forsure!

You are taking us way too seriously. :) We are joking :lol: We know how that works , I think MS is amazingly fair and I think it's great that we are allowed to sort things out ourselves unless they get totally out of hand. :)

To put things in perspective my initial post was just a small whinge. I will try not to do that again :lol:
