I HATE AMERICA...I HATE THIS COUNTRY...DEMOCRACY MY ASS...HALF THIS COUNTRY DIDN'T EVEN VOTE BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO POOR, DISENFRANCHISED, OR TOO EXISTENTIAL AS A RESULT TO CARE...ALL OF THE WHITE, HICK, RICH, EMPTY, CHRISTIAN, PEDANT ROBOTS CAME OUT IN DROVES...

CAPITALISM REALLY WORKS DOESN'T IT????

I AM AGNOSTIC, BUT PROBABILITY SAYS GOD DOESN'T EXIST...ISLAM IS EVIL, CHRISTIANITY IS EVIL...PLEASE PLEASE STOP USING THESE IRRATIONAL IDEAS AS PLATFORMS FOR YOUR MORAL AGENDAS!!!!!!!

I UTTERLY RESENT ALL OF YOU THAT DIDNT VOTE THIS YEAR...I AM APPALLED THAT YOU VOTED THIS RICH HICK PRESIDENT AS OUR LEADER...HE HAS NO MORAL AGENDA AND APPARENTLY YOU DON'T EITHER...

I AM DISGUSTED

IF YOU VOTED FOR BUSH OR YOU DIDN'T VOTE AT ALL, YOU ARE EITHER A NIHILIST, A CHRISTIAN PEDANT, OR JUST PLAIN DUMB/BRAINWASHED...

ALL I CAN SAY IS YOU WILL SEE THE INEVITABLE TRUTH OF YOUR LACK OF SKEPTICISM AND YOUR FAITHFUL CLINGING TO AMERICAN IDEALOGY IN THE FACE OF AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF EMPIRICAL DATA THAT SHOWS THE EVILS OF THIS REGIME

JUST WAIT AND SEE...I AM VERY VERY SCARED...AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO

I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO HAVE CHILDREN...THANKS!!!!!!

#290976Post 2 of 210

whoa guy... cool your britches, cowboy. try the political forum to discuss your useless and moronic banter. or try to reply to one of the 15 topics already posted about the election.

#290979Post 3 of 210

Re: A SAD, SAD DAY...

useless and moronic...banter???

apparently you are a nihilist, please throw something back at me that would prove me wrong...this is not political...it is about science, it affects all of us...

why put it in the political room???

this is a sad day for all of us and wash it away with some empty response is typical of people who FAIL to communicate...

please create an argument in response and then i will repose

then we can actually have some sort of dialectical movement!!!

that is how MORAL PROGESS happens!!!!!!!

#290980Post 4 of 210

Wow, someone needs a Xanax. We have a political forum that you may be interested in. Whereas I agree with you that the wrong person was elected (most likely) I think there are more diplomatic ways of going about discussing it. First of all take your 'Caps Lock' off. Secondly, there's no sense in generalizing and applying the horn effect to all the people that voted for Bush. Thirdly, yes, Democracy does work. It seems as though the people got what the majority of the people wanted and that is four more years of Mr. Bush. Like it or not it's gonna be that way. I cast my vote and my guy wasn't elected so I'll eat my spinach and Wheaties and in four years fight a little bit harder to get my voice heard.

Relax holmes. Oh and btw, if you react with such angst, outrage and resentment then I think I speak for the group when I say we're glad you've decided not to have kids!

#290982Post 5 of 210

I VOTE to move or lock this thread..

#290983Post 6 of 210

Is he on about Tiesto?

#290984Post 7 of 210

I second that vote. Although I think it would be fun to reenact a scene from Parliament and start shouting things at one another and calling Mr. Blair a douchebag.

#290985Post 8 of 210

caps off...ok

im sorry if i care too much

really sorry....

i guess that makes me not decent to have kids in your eyes...

truth be known, brother, truth be known!!!

diplomacy is stagnation imo....and YES, a huge percentage of this country did NOT vote, AGAIN...and YES, they most likely are whom I claimed them to be...and YES capitalism, christianity, etc. have created this social framwork which allows for all of this to happen

#290987Post 9 of 210

this person is just attacking a bunch of people he knows nothing about. there is a political forum for that reason. we have the news and random discussions around us shoved down our throats daily.

#290988Post 10 of 210

It was the lesser of the two evils my belligerent friend. Get over it, or move. Preferably the latter.

#290989Post 11 of 210

i know NOTHING about...are you out of your mind???

i have read quite a bit my friend...and YES i have observed culture and been apart of it for the past 26 years

what kind of scoffing, redundent statement is that??

thats like saying i just landed here from another planet

#290990Post 12 of 210

unforunately it was the lesser of two evils, but this country couldnt even do that right...sick, absolutely sick

you all should be outraged

#290991Post 13 of 210

what is the point of moving...wherever i move, it will just be another MARKET...can you really escape??

and maybe escapism and nihilsim are your things, but we need change and im going to say something about it...

sorry if i crossed the Confucian line here, really really sorry...i guess its more important to be POLITE than to be honest

#290992Post 14 of 210

Caring would be to get off of you tookus and get out there and make a difference. Don't just sit behind a computer screen bellyaching that Democracy doesn't work. I have people very close to me that voted for Bush and I would be hard-pressed to call them "dumb" or "brainwashed" as you so eloquently put it. These people have concerns and questions that, for them, were best answered by Mr. Bush. Conversely the issues most important to me were clarified by Mr. Kerry. Truth is that the system worked this time (I whole-heartedly believe it failed us in 2000).

That being said, get out there and start to stir things up. C'mon you've got 4 years to make something happen. Motivate the poor and disenfranchised so that they feel like their voices will be heard. That's your duty as an American citizen who is so concerned.

you resent everyone who didnt vote.. thats what you said.. you dont know those people... you dont know me.. i didnt vote.. do you resent me? thats a bullshit statement.. caring too much, and spewing crap about hating and resenting people you dont know, is just stupid.

#290996Post 16 of 210

Oh I get it now, you're one of those people who belongs to some anti-globalization group that protests against Starbucks and throws tomatoes at members of the WTO. Well, you're points have been dually-noted and I hope to see you in 4 years.

Re: A SAD, SAD DAY...

its funny how when thier guy doesnt win, they moan and groan......

just accept it. or move to england.

i can deal with it.

#290998Post 18 of 210
you dont know me.. i didnt vote...
Yeah, but you didn't vote because you have that felony charge for exposing yourself to that group of senior citizens.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, don't play his game. I mean what is it with these broad generalizations? I'm party of "they" as you put it and you don't see me moaning and groaning.

#291001Post 20 of 210

Re: A SAD, SAD DAY...

Bush...rich...well, yeah! But look at Kerry getting rich off of his ugly, rich wife's overseas slave labor...isn't that the very same thing he was against? The only reason all the movie star love his liberal ass is because he wants to make the rich richer and the poor...well, still poor. OK, I'm done...except for...KERRY DOESN'T LIKE HIP-HOP...IM SURE OF IT!

#291002Post 21 of 210

thank god bush won. you are a straight on the map kerry supporter, and i am proud that people of your nature are not running this country.

we would be utterly and totally fucked. your anger, impatience, ignorance, and no values. sad. if you had some respect for the other people, perhaps you would have a chance. enjoy seeing more Bush for the next fours.

#291003Post 22 of 210

...i also have people that are close to me that voted for him, but yes i have called them dumb and brainwashed...like i said, its not about being polite

people are dying, people are poor and suffering...and etiquette is only a part of stagnation....im not here to cause anyone physical harm, nor am i apart of anything EXCEPT raising the standards of equality

diplomacy, etiquette, can be reserved for times when our moral sphere is more complete

Kerry was a puppet just like Bush, but at least he admited that the Vietnam war was genocide, at least he had somewhat of a skeptical nature to him.!!!...it was a small step to improving things...and this country could not even do anything about it...

i will go out there and be active, i hope you do too...i hope you can offer suggestions and insight to your loved ones that change their minds

truth be known....wake up and stop living such a cynical existence!!

#291005Post 23 of 210

exactly, you arent moaning and groaning.

and I told you that senior citizen story in strict confidence.

asdf...

values????

you wait and see when nuclear confrontations become a reality because of this hicks lack of scope....well see just how far your values have gotten you

its like that one shirt ive seen around says:

'Go nuke a godless, gay, communist, baby seal for Christ!!!"
i will go out there and be active, i hope you do too...i hope you can offer suggestions and insight to your loved ones that change their minds
I was out there and I was active for quite some time. I am not affiliated with any party and to be honest I did offer suggestions and insight to my loved ones; however, I completely disagree with 'witnessing' to them as the Protestants do to me down here in this state. I'm not hear to drill a point home and beat it into their head and make empty threats about what might happen.

That's actually what pisses me off the most about both sides. Republicans (Hannity, Scarborough, Limbaugh, etc) claimed this or that is going to happen if Kerry was elected. How do they know? All they can do is speculate. Same goes for the Democrats. We won't know which promises will be upheld and which will not until we live through it.

#291011Post 26 of 210

And your values empower you to lower yourself to name calling? Don't speak about values sir if you yourself have none. I'm ashamed to say we voted for the same person.

#291014Post 28 of 210

Wow, only 32 minutes to achieve 26 posts. That's a new [ms] record!

#291016Post 29 of 210

we do know that the war in iraq will continue...MORE PEOPLE DEAD AND SUFFERING

and NO the world is not a better place right now without Saddam Hussein in power...i dont call the catastrophe over there any better than what it was...it is WORSE

this president has no understanding of history, religion, culture, etc...he has no real understanding of the forces that have caused this type of Jyhad in the Islamic world

him and his regime will continue to win at all costs...but i can guaruntee you that we will not win this war on terror without KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING of the real impetus behind it

#291018Post 30 of 210

i was only referring to YOUR original post. nothing more. please stick to the topic.

i do not wish to play your Liberal games. Thank you.

PS. Would you like me to read the post out loud to you? To feel the anger, hate, and very negative feelings for an election that was voted by the people of the USA. The place where you call home?

Just think about kind sir.

#291020Post 31 of 210

the only thing that hes right about is that you moronic country re elected a guy who has run 2 businesses into the ground driven your dollar ridiculously low and killed millions of your people for an unjust cause. enjoy the next few years of your life, they will be interesting

#291022Post 32 of 210

i will. thank you.

i am very excited for a bright and solid future.

#291024Post 33 of 210

name calling is impolite, but it is not necessarily evil...so suck it up

if the shoe fits where it

i am non party affiliated, i am a scientist philospher...not a LIBERAL

please dont reduce this to some TYPICAL political bs...think about things in terms of a consequentialist moral system....think about the implications involved here for the good of the species

i am just stating your loving anger is not helping much. and i could careless if you were a fucking movie star.

Righteous dude! No one has said he can't speak. He's expressing his constitutional right. And believe me I am the most open-minded person you'll ever meet and always open to learning new ideas/things. I just think the way he is going about expressing those ideas is wrong. But that's just one man's opinion.

Did I say it was evil? I may have to reread my posts. Some would call being impolite a lack of values...at least the way I was raised.
