Like yesterday for instance the Belgian government decided to postpone paying it's bills up to 6 months in order to keep the checks and balances artificially in line. Result: a good number of contractors that work for the state will find themselves bankrupt and out of business within a few months. I bet you haven't seen that one in the US ande A, jagzemash!

not exactly, but we've seen a number of local gov'ts (and once the federal gov't) shut down...
maybe the Belgians should ask the Chinese for some money too ;)
