Re: Kill Bill 1 + 2

UUUHHHHHHHH I loved this asian actress.... although there was every time a lot of blood around her.

I can?t remember her name? Does ya know what her name was?

#312841Post 5 of 51

I actually prefer part 1

#313034Post 6 of 51

Tarantino said in a recent interview that he's planning a Kill Bill 3... but wouldn't consider beginning production for 15 years or so!

He mentioned the story would revolve around the daughter of the black lady who saw Uma kill her mom, and her revenge.

both were awesome in their own right. they tell a whole story that is jaw dropping entertaining. is there a third in the works? kind of a Prequel based idea?

actually a sequel that picks up 15 years after Kill Bill 2 - Tarantino has already shot some footage of Vernita Green's Daughter and Kiddo's child for the backgroud/bringing things up to date.

Re: Kill Bill 1 + 2

So it's best to watch tehm separately or after each other?

#314614Post 13 of 51

Re: Kill Bill 1 + 2

watch them one after the other. kinda like you'd watch the Godfather movies.

Were both great movies, was happy to see Tarantino produced something worthwhile again after Pulp Fiction.

The first movie imho only made sense because of the second one; that's what also made this a special project I guess for me.

Re: Kill Bill 1 + 2

the soundtrack for kill bill 1 is ace as well. worth getting

#329350Post 26 of 51

These were some of the sweetiest movies I've seen in a long time!!!!

#329626Post 27 of 51

Re: Kill Bill 1 + 2

Yup, soundtracks are cool as well. Not as good as Pulp Fiction though - that one was really classic. But you can only dish up so many classic songs (I mean: there is a limit to the classic songs available at a certain time). Can you imagine 'the fruit' (for example) being a classic in 10 years???

#329657Post 28 of 51

I thought both films were bloomin awful - me and my friend could really not believe how porr they were.Number 1 was just a stupid bloodfest, and I turned off 2 when she escaped from the coffin 6 feet under the ground with her bare hands.

Maybe I just dont get these types of films?

I don't want to be rude: but no, you probably don't get these types of films...

But that's probably what quality is about: some love the movie, some hate it. At least it envokes a reaction... Imo it's lots better than a movie you can't really have an opinion about...

Tarantino is trying to release his original directer's cut version for both 1&2 in a nice DVD box set in the future. Maybe expect something much later this year or Spring 2006... The current DVD releases for both 1 & 2 don't have much extras to them.
i liked them both, but the first one tarantino watch too much japanse movies, blood everywhere....
i think he acctually wanted to do that! Look Japanese!

He also said he want to make a Japanese action movie once!

Mybe Bill was just a pilot!
