I think they'll have The Green Goblin come back, but in the form of The Hobgoblin (which was like a more powerful, meaner version of The Green Goblin). Thomas Hayden Church (who was in Sideways, as the guy getting married) has been cast for the role, which is most likely going to be Sandman from the looks of things.

Basically any supervillain would be cool in my opinion. Spiderman is one of the few Comic Book Movies that I like.

Venom is definitely one of the coolest villains. I think Marvel should save him for when the series starts its decline.

latest news is that its confirm that Thomas Hayden Church is casted as The Sandman and Topher Grace as Venom.

But Topher Grace as Venom?!?!?!??!?!?!?!? I cant picture him as anything else other than Eric Foreman in The 70s Show

At some point you know Harry is coming in as the Green Goblin. That was the set up at the end of 2. Possibility of a two villian movie, but that falls into the Batman trap of crap. Topher Grace has done a better than I expected job in all of his movies. I had him pegged as a TV guy but he is good to watch, but Venom???? Come on, Topher is going to need some serious CGI (cosmetic graphic illustration) to bring out the buff.

Yeah this movie is going to kick some serious ass! Getting goosebumps from the trailer. Would prefer the black costume to look sleeker though, like stealth black ... and none of that scaly texture.

And Venom definitely needs to be BIGGER. But props to Sandman, he looks good.

At this rate, we might get Carnage in part 4!!!!!!

Why Topher Grace??????

OK we all know that Mysterio will make a appearance, the sandman(which is a boring character) will be the main villan and so will Venom..now venom is my all time favorite villan.. but why TOPHER GRACE to play venom???? that is retarted, venom is supposed to have something called MUSCLES, which topher doesnt, that kinda ruins it for me, but i still want to see it..however topher would have made a EXCELLENT Carnage

Carnage would be so wicked, but that might be too similar to Venom for them to use solely Carnage in the part 4. Well there's always Mysterio, Lizard man or whatever ... but Carnage is way cooler :D Oh there's also that hunter dude who 'killed' Spiderman for the first time, the graveyard resurrection scene would be awesome in a movie.

theres is an episode on the tv anime......where they are like 4 spideys, or 6 cant remember though, anyway, theres 1 peter parker that doesnt have any powers, theres another that is from the futere, theres another that have a different power, can remember all of them, anyway, the original spidey become into one spider of six arms and all.......couldnt find a pic, i will search l8r on, coz im at work right now :P
