I used to smoke Red Marlboro, 10-15 per day. Nowadays, I smoke 2 or 3 per day, usually with coffee or alcohol

I tried smoking in 8th grade with some friends because it made us "cool". It only took a couple cigarettes for me to realize I was retarded, and have never touched them since.

I smoke a cigarette every once in a while... mainly when I'm out with friends and drinking. It's such a dangerous habit that I try to stay away from it and not do it very often.

About those electronic cigs, one of my roommates bought one to quit smoking cigs. He ended up smoking his cigs outside and his ecig inside. It didn't really work for him.

I am on day 4 cold turkey - battling to play squash properly nowdays battling to breathe at night - so i have binned it hopefully for good this time

Smoked only at stupid times when drunk like a mofo. Apart from that personally hate the taste of it. So never picked it up as a habit.

Been off 14 months and strong - playing no.1 in my squash league, lost only 4 games last year and dropped off the 10 kgs I put on after stopping

I smoke about 2-5 cigs depending. But I've been pretty regular with one in the morning and one at the end of the day.

That's what I used to think but I suspect it's just a myth. I've quit before and not notice any changes. But I gym and watch what I eat most times anyway.

Only because you tend to fight the craving with snacks. Not many people want a ciggy while eating, so you simply eat all the time to fight the craving.

I went from 140lbs to 190lbs in the year I quit.

I only smoke a couple of cigars a year, depending on availability and the occasion.

And then there's the non-tobacco habit that happens on for 3 months and off for 3 months. ;)

Started 3 years ago when they were at the highest price they had ever been & all health risks were known.

Champix work, god awful dreams..very vivid & graphic dreams, watching too much gore probably aided that...that shit stains your mind and soul on its own.

One of my good friends picked the habit back up... he was very outspoken against smoking so for him to be smoking again came as a total shock when I visited him in Venice Beach recently. he only smokes "American Spirits" which I think are like $9 a pack. Fortunately he hasn't smoked since Jan 1. I sent him these ads, hope he can stay off them.

I smoked since I was 15 and quit about 1.5 years ago. I had anywhere from a few a day to around 15-20 at my peak.

I smoked since I was 17 years old (I know I was a late bloomerj, most of my friends had started when they were ages 10-13). I would smoke half a pack a day until the past few years where I smoked a pack a day. I just recently stopped with the help of chantix (man does that pill really help with the cravings). It has been 5 weeks today. I've tried several times before and failed miserably each time.
