quarterfinals look like this to me: netherlands dont even have the right to be in there, they sucked so badly. brazil as expected and will of course own them. 0:4 i'm happy for ghana to get so far, but i dont think they will survive against uruguay. 2:0 i hope germany can handle argentina, but it's going to be tough! awaiting a many goal game! 3:4 if germany is a little lucky. i dont think spain deserves to go on, after that lame game against portugal. so south america will score here as well with 2:0.

so i guess germany will become a lone wolf between 3 south american teams ;) nevertheless, if they make it against argentina, i'm quite sure they can handle paraguay or uruguay. brazil not so sure. all in all i see brazil, argentina, germany as the top 3.

should have nailed that pk instead of knocking it off the crossbar, game would have been over. never seen a better example of when to purposely give a handball to save a goal.

really? I think its ridiculous and nothing to do with what football is about. In an instance like that the ref should be able to award the goal.. hopefully he will get at least a 3 match ban and have to sit out matches after the world cup is over

Major props for Suarez he is a fucking hero !!!! what a player people , he is sharp , scores and knows what to do to make his team move forward , most likely one of my top 10 players of this World cup and to Abreu for having the balls to take the PK the way he did . This world cup has Southamerica written all over it . ;)
