Holy crap......This is a huge shock.....I had Jeff in my mind when I was thinking of visiting Canada later this year, thought I could meet another ms brother....this is terribly sad :-(

Fucking sad news...been offline for long and first thing i see is this :( Jeff was an excellent guy a perfectionist with his music and a big contribution here...always happy to chat with him on msn...RIP bro

I am finally going to attempt to put my thoughts into words.

Jeff was a one in a million friend. He seemed to always know the right thing to say at the right moment. He was the kind of friend that you could go months without speaking to, and then one day pick up where you left off without skipping a single beat.

Jeff was there through many difficult periods in my life (losing Jibby, my breakup with my ex, etc.) and always had my back here on these boards when the likes of beanz would have me in tears, and I in turn always had his back....I can't believe he is gone :(

Now when another difficult period approaches in life, he isn't there to turn too....he is in fact the reasons for the tears and the what ifs.....there is now a gaping hole in my heart that no one will ever fill...it will always be with him.

Jeff I hope that wherever you are you are at peace and looking down and seeing all the love we have for you. May you find dear Jibby up in the clouds and together dance to the beat for all eternity.

You will never ever be forgotten and I will alway be eternally grateful for the moments we had. Love always and forever, DQ xo

BTW .. Jeffs up there rockin the CDJ's + I'm still expecting him to sort out the Transitions archive and turn up in October for Bedrock 12.

If he doesn't ... I'll do what I can to stand in (Slacker !) ... but things will always be done with him at my side ;)

Me too.... I feel so helpless when a forum member is going thru such hard times and there is no one that, they can reach out too for help... talking to a friend online can be therapeutic sometimes.

From what i know it's not the same case as Jibbs. First time to meet him was @ Bedrock 10 in London and we had such an amazing time, I have so many good memories about our tripe leaving matter and getting lost in the tube, going out for dinner and drinks the following night in town..... very nice guy that you like to have as a friend.

Again, we met @ bedrock 11 weekend in London and we had an amazing time during the whole weekend. He was a Top bloke, very kind and funny.

I remember going out the the following night to bar in Camden and having this deep conversation about many subjects about what is going in the world and you can tell that apart from his love to music he was knowledgeable, smart and reasonable person.

I will miss you my friend and I will always remember you.

It was not the same situation as Jibs...what happened to Jeff was an accident. A truly sad accident.

I'm still in shock over this. I only met Jeff one time in Toronto at the Sasha/Digweed night when Sasha didn't show up. We had made plans to meet up infront of... guess where..the left speaker. We chatted for a bit about music and his passion was apparent and strong and he gave me a cd. Then we danced ALOT!!! :) Twas a really fun time. I, for one, really want to know what the heck happened. So sudden and so final and so far, far too young. RIP Jeff.

His presence and contributions will be greatly missed. We just get so comfy and used to seeing certain people on MS all of the time over the years.

Right now, more then ever I am regretting not making it to that event. :(

Such a sad, sad end to a life that was destin for so many more amazing things to come.

i cant believe that Jeff is away at such a young age..full of passion for his music, i remember he used to send me parts of his demo sets and they were always flawless..he chose his tunes so carefully and managed to blend them with a solid sound., hope your in a better place bro
