Hey everyone I have never really had to post something like this so I am unsure what to say. A long-time friend has passed away and I know he was a very active member here and some of you have met him. I knew him for almost 10 years now through various message boards and in person. He was incredibly smart, caring and had a great life ahead of him.

I will definitely post any relevant news as I find out.

Jeff, I will miss you oh so much. You were an amazing friend and I know you will never be forgotten by many. <3

I am gutted by this news. Jeff helped me through many rough patches....he was always there for me. I am at a loss for words right now...I will try and say more once I can compose myself.

Jeff you were a one in a million friend and I will miss you terribly.

Me being from Kingston, we spent hours talking about the Hip, swapping stories, and their songs....I don't think listening to them will be the same anymore :(

Sorry .. But can anyone pm me details, I'm in shock, as I was good friends with Jeff and we kept in touch regularly. I thought he was busy at work, dj'ing and off to Miami. This is a lot to take in right now, as I can't speak highly enough of him - always saw him as a kid brother when we were out at Bedrock. A truly sad day Rip Jeff :(

There was some rumors through a friend of his but I feel uncomfortable posting what they were at this time, Im sorry. I will post when they have something official :/

What I did notice was that they said he died at some point over the weekend however I checked his MS profile through the link on the 1st page and it looks as though he logged in on 3/21 at 7am..I am trying to figure out if that is 7am my time or 7am his time.

my deepest condolences to those of you that knew Jeff here on MS, and especially to his family. his absence here will clearly be missed by many of you. If I could give those of you that were close to Jeff advice it would be simply to reach out to your friends and family right now, don't try to deal with the feelings your experiencing all on your own...

So fucking sad. Met Jeff at Bedrock a couple of years back and had the night of my life...he was a fantastic guy, such devastating news. If anyone knows what happened please let me know. My thoughts are with his family and everyone who knew him.

Speechless. Loved his work as a DJ and I always payed extra-special attention to his musical tastes, since I think we had similar ones.

Jeff was a dear,dear friend of mine.

I used to text him through my excessive days in 2008/2009 and he was always there to talk to.

I had the pleasure of meeting him at Bedrock 10 and Bedrock 11 and he was a top guy that became a friend.

I will miss him and if ever Diggers had a reason to release the recording from 10 then it is now.
