Sitting here thinking about how I ended up on mercuryserver, and I can't think of how I found the website. I remember the 1st birthday, the old gray board before the switch to black, I can even remember a post or two of my own back then, but for the life of me, I can't remember how I found mercuryserver.
Do you?
I'm sure it had something to do with Google :D

jib was my first really good friend here in atlanta... met him a couple months after i moved here and he introduced me to MS. i think it was about september 2002. the rest is history......

A friend told me I could download Digweed mixes here... I poached and poached then I thought it was time to contribute to this wonderful place... :p

Was searching the web for some missing Lawler mixes and a ms thread came up. Dug through every sub-forum and thread for 3 months before posting and requesting anything. my edm sanctuary:D

Not sure I remember correctly, its been forever, but I'm pretty sure I accidentally bumped into [ms] one day, as I used to frequent [URL="http://www.freshlysqueezed.com"]freshlysqueezed.com[/URL] (freshlymixed) At the time - they used to host the weekly Essential Mixes on Kiss FM and viola!

The end of Audio Galaxy was the end of receiving Digweed Kiss100 mixes on Sunday for me - unbearable situation. :lol: Welcome [ms] and welcome to stalking mods to get the fucking passwords for the mixes haha.

Another board i used were getting told not to keep stealing the links from here, i looked at this site and ended up staying here instead.

Once I left Tampa for the Chairforce, Jibs introduced me to it to stay in touch and to keep me abreast with the music. At that time I wasn't that computer/internet savvy, so it played a big role in getting me aquainted. 8)

I met Sheppie on Soulseek about 7 years ago. We were swapping sets when he asked me if I frequented MS. This was the first ever message board I had signed up to, It's now the only one I keep in touch with.

A friend of mine told me about MS as a good place to DL music back in 2005.. Since that time i´ve DL stuff with her user and after stay here amounts of time decided finally to get my own user and be an active member.. Now i´m pretty adict to this :lol:

when i was a manager of a fitness center a guy that worked for me used to bring loads of new mixes to work every day and he played these mixes for the customers, most of them enjoyed it during their workout, so he reffered me to MS. i never thought i'd stay here for so long, at first i was the usual downloader, saying "thanks" a lot in the p&r section :lol: and only after awhile started talking to all of you fine people in gyy, still glad to be here althought a hope for getting ms t-shirt died long time ago :p;)

WMC 2004, myself and one of my best friends, Sarah, CrazyMadFlyGirl, were at a club to see Diggers, Randall Jones and Luke Fair.. we met Gregor aka BarneyIllFingers, Mr BringtheBeats.. the next night we were all hanging out at the condo they had rented for the week, and while Mr Fair was dropping an impromptu set in their condo on a little cd rack system they rented, Barney told me about this amazing community called mercuryserver that I needed to check out.. a few weeks later after I had recovered from wmc I finally logged on....almost 11,000 posts later.. here I are! :)
