"Right in time for Christmas, our hard drive had a hardware failure and the support center is obviously working with minimum staff only during the season days. Mercuryserver and MCast will be back as soon as they have replaced the hard drive for us."

[ms] is about 500 GB all in all. Costs for a server using a RAID system would be too high so we depend on "normal" backups and can't backup everything in a way we can bring it back with a snap. All functions will be brought back but this will take some time. This was really a nice present from Santa for us..seems we were evil this Year. :roll:
