It builds and builds while never quite maturing into a full blown mind fuck...instead it gently fucks your head up without you realizing what the hell is going on.

I think the last album that I liked as much as this album was probably mandy's fabric...but I don't think its as good...+ this is 2 cd's = double trouble

The breakdown on CD2 (35 mins) layering french alternative pop (Poni Hoax's "Faces In The Water") with Robert Babicz's "Dark Flower" (Joris's remix) and "additional string bits" is so inspired it's unreal :shock:

CD1 - classy, groovy, dancy, scary good.

CD2 - I did not like, I know it was supposed to be mellow. Not sure I like the tracks, or the mixing...I listened to it 2 or 3 times, studio monitors and headphones.

I had forgotten how many tracks this mix has!. I heard the Mizuiro mix and I was blown away. Such a subtle way to mix each track that you rarely feel moving from one to another.

Never heard from Joris Voorn before, but will certainly keep and ear on this guy from now on. Woth checking.

CD1 is solid - I like it a lot.

CD2...meh, I could do without. Around minute 36, it started sounding so cheesy that I wanted to strangle someone with a plastic bag. And around 55 minutes I started feeling like I was listening to a corny 70s disco soundtrack. WTF?...

Just got my upgrade through from mp3 to the 2 x CD set. Nice packaging + its great to have the seperations on the tracks which helps me get my head around how this has been put together.

don't really get anyone complaining about disc 2, both discs are damn near flawless, barring invol2ver, haven't heard anything this good in a while. 9.8

Trust me - Disc 2 is amazing ... but it differs so much from the other comps out there, so you may need to give it a few listens 1st - after that you'll be hooked ;)
