heard through some forum he made an album, didn't like it, and started from scratch. could be why it's taken so long. dunno if it's true but i'm wondering if that's where the tracks on the second disc are from.

supposed to be club tempo straight through unlike the continual build in the first. sasha doesn't put out whack material so i'm excited for this even though i never know how his stuff's gonna hit me.

i got my promo copy the other day & have had this on repeat for the last 3 days...the promo doesn't come with disc 2 so i have every intention of pre-ordering mine this weekend...

If I'm lucky... Only 20 autographed copies. I guess they'll just randomly give those out. I had Sasha and Digweed autograph the first Renaissance CD for some kid when I saw them in NYC a couple of years ago.

me too, i am listing to it over and over and over again....was really impressed-totally has that "sasha" feel to it. definatly was worth the wait. its so much better than the first was as well

Unfortunately not ... he plays the Warehouse Party in Manchester in September so i'll probably go to that instead.

For ADD and Involver Sasha actually did launches at 3-Beat records in Liverpool .... basically DJ'ing to 40 x people in a record shop - no such luck this time !

This was well worth the wait. The amount of reworking/re-mixing/re-instrumentalisation done to some of the tracks has to be heard to be believed. You can also hear the direct/indirect influence of Charlie May and you could well call this release Airdrawndagger II. The percussion tracks themselves are so detailed and complexed and I love the use of warm, analog-synth sounds. I could listen to this many times over and still find new things. What do you peeps reckon???????????

Actually lots of people feel sleepy when listen Karajan's Beethoven Symphonies - Berliner Philharmonisches Orchester ( 1963 recording ) or Pink Floyd - The Wall for example... IMHO that thing can show only something about them and nothing about Beethoven or Pink Floyd...

I really really like it. The vocals are all really wonderful. There are a few tracks that i could do without but they aren't bad so much as a little dull.

The opening is amazing.
