That's one of the most impressive looking websites I've ever seen - but it's actually quite annoying after a while with all the fancy bits!

Yeah, the aesthetics aren't great, but finally I can stream the kiss shows at work. It sux you can't expand the videos tho.

Its a nice site, although not really that innovative. Sometimes i feel that agencies spend too much of their clients money on design while not bothering with content - lets hope his agency push him for regular updates.

i like the sky when you go into the studio. that is wicked. then the studio menu pops up and looks like i real professional place.
the remix the song is funny to. hopefully he'll put lots of parts in there to play with. its goofy.

the 3d looks like something a high school kid busted using Rhino! (weakkkkkkkkk) As for content its not a whole lot to it... took me 1 minute to view it all!

His site didn't need a new design, the old aesthetic was fine, it just needed more content and regular updating...I hate to say it, but Judge Jules as a better wesbite.

ya know, every time he plays something different on his kiss show, other than his usual rolling prog that all of you love, like some breaks, or acid stuff or whatever, everyone complains (and these shows end up being the only ones i download and like.) you should all know by now the guy has the ability to be all over the place and do many different things...so i for one and glad he didn't make the same boring ass website i see a from djs all over the net.
and with the comparison to judge jules website...i must ask...what the fuck were you doing on judge jules website? raises some questions imo.

That site is terrible. It doesn't fit the john digweed image. Bunch of clueless suits. There are many other avenues that he could have gone down. This space module thing has been beaten to death since 1998. I agree with jenks about pretty much all djs having the same style site... so in that respect I think it stands out. Shame is he probably paid an arm and a leg for that bitch. I would have pissed on the proofs if I was him. Oh and a little fyi since flash is a pain in the arse to update you'll see a few staggered updates. If john wants to constantly update the site/adding charts/blogs etc.... flash is not the correct medium.

awful. some people need to understand that flash is not the ultimate human discovery and is horribly annoying when used as a cover for lack of content. Reminds me of the site of salomon company but there there was at leats a button saying: "I hate flash - redirect me to html"

As a professional web designer, I find overused Flash disgusting. Not only is it hard for bots to spider your site, but it is difficult for handicap people to transverse (blind folk).
