This was the highlight of last year for me - John started playing to 20 people (myself included ) while Cox was on the terrace. His 1st hour was sublime and he just built it until the place was rammed (the BBC broadcast). That function 1 sound system caught it all perfectly - prepare to be amazed !

Well I thought that big chunks of Digweed's 2006 WMC set were floating on the net, maybe the labeling was wrong but I defo have a set named like that in my collection.

He probably meant MORE of the WMC-set. He's broadcasted 4 hours, he played for 6 I think.

This is hour one (midnight) at Space Ibiza 8th August 2006 - JD opening to an empty discoteque (Carl Cox played 11.00 til 12.30 on the only surviving Space terrace before headlining inside at 3.00 a.m.) - hence the pace, which suited me as JD played the stuff he wouldn't normally play and could just build it as the place started to fill up quickly and get wilder and wilder up to the peak time final hour aired in August on BBC . Hopefully he will air hour-2 (which was dark and delta heavy style) next week - so please all PM JD. Radio one went live for hour 3 and this was broadcasted as a special live Ibiza Essential Mix (Diggers 3rd hour and Cox's 1st hour). Hour 2 should be awesome - so get messaging John !

there was also 1 hour broadcast from the terrace the morning of them playing at space. but i was hoping this was a small chunk of the chaos from the main room. oh well, still happy to get this.

Yeah I think I got the terrace set as both Digweed and Sasha are featured. Didweed's part is really good inmo. PM me if u want it ;)

Sheesh...I got seven PM's alone with that question. The release was labelled this way and I just copied the info ffs. :lol: I don't breakfast with John and have no clue which part from which set it is. I corrected the filename on the download link on the site but the ID3 tag will still be wrong (or not, only Lord knows). It's good and new so I personally leave it at that. Happy discussions though and bring this thread to page 430 with absurd conspiration theories and faked or half-true info. ;)

Fyi: for everyone and I am sure everyone caught this as well but the kiss set are mislabeled it should be 1-14-2007 not 1-14-2006. Great mix this week though. I really liked digweed's mix this week. I hope we get the next hr of this mix next week. Everyone needs to email digweed so can get more of this mix.
