A very solid mix from Q6. I'm really digging this.
I've said it once and I'll say it again. The DJs who can twist it up behind a good, solid house beat will always be way ahead of the garbage people like James Holden try to pass off as music. Twice as trippy, a thousand times more groovy. The way it should be.

i wouldnt go that far.. but the few q6 mixes i was able to listen to were simply in a class of its own. and i don´t like holden either..

i took off work on friday and drove up to yosemite national park for the weekend, got bombed out on opium tea and poped the mix in right when we entered the park at like 2 am, it had bee like 6 months since i heard that mix, the dark roads surrouned by huge redwoods went so well with that mix

I am a huge cusick fan but i had no idea he has changed his style so much. Sounds totaly different than his normal style.... this was definatly my least favorite mix from sean. i was very dissapointed as well...especially after reading all the hype

if anything I thought this mix was him coming back to center and finding a balance point between his old prog sound and when he jumped onto the tech bandwagon hardcore.

Erm....listenedto the first 25 minutes and so far it's ...............strange. Not much really going on? Not sure how people can instantly say 'top 5 guest mixes ever etc'.

pickle - gotta agree though, every other one of his kiss mixes is quality, particularly 2003, that one is just amazing

Honestly guys, I have massive respect for your tastes and your opinions, and the fact that I?ve always loved the type of music that you still love is what brought me to MS, but...
...really, the fact that some you can?t appreciate how good this mix is completely beyond me...I still love the old dark melodic prog sound, but where do you peeps go for variety :what ? What kind of stuff beyond that do you listen to and enjoy?
Either I?m getting old or I?ve become really detached from some ot MS peeps? tastes...
