Dangerous: sexual contact is legal from the age of 12, but only if it is consensual. Dependency or forced sexual relations are still forbidden. The problem here is not the age, but that most paedophiles claim that a sexual relationship was consensual! That is always their prime argument, and if this kind of legislation takes effect it will greatly hamper any legal charges made against a child assailant – the law is not protecting the child by default anymore, now it’s up to the plaintiff to prove it wasn’t consensual as it is for the accused to prove that it was. In the long run, the political party wants to get rid of this age limit completely….now how the hell is a 3-yr old kid supposed to consciously engage in any sexual activity huh? Combine this wit article 9.5 and 9.8 and you’ve got the recipe for uncontrolled child abuse.
