my ingural trip to space was a fucking riot!!!! got there in line before it opened around 10 last night, and was one of the last people walking out this morning. sasha & john fucking killed it. the first hour of john in the main room put a little fright in me. i sent poto a text saying so. some nasty music..

then sasha cam on for an hour but it wasn't too enjoyable seeing how his ableton was being glitchy and causing very loud 'blips' every few minutes. he finished his hour and sasha's sound guy got up there and fixed whatever went wrong because i'll tell you fucker, the S&D machine was in fucll fucking force last night. jaw dropping music and mixes. thats the first time ive seen them do an extended set and i am truthful when i say i didnt miss any of it. except those two trips to the bathroom :Who:

when they finished the main room dave seaman stepped up and picked up properly where the boys left off. but by this time i was making my way to the terrace and holy shit am i glad i did. zabiela and nick warren we're fucking around for a few minutes then mr lee burridge stepped up. holy shit my first time seeing him and it was fucking awesome. lee was trippin balls. i'm not jokin. he was doing some wacky interaction with the crowd and his mouth wouldnt stop licking and biting. his eyes we're fuckin buggin too. but that music he was droppin was super sick. loved each moment of it.

after lee and his two hour acid/tech frenzy the pope was making his way to the booth. man i cant tell you how goddamn cool this was guys. john took over in proper form once again. this fucking guy is the MAN!!! diggers lays down the sickest godamn beats. thats it!!! he got about 1 hour in and sasha had his ableton and even a stool to conduct busniess on. well lets just say he got the bizzniss done too. these guys are not human when they do extended sets together. i'll be buzzin from this party and the solo diggers night last thursday, for months and months to come.

mikeman i cant tell you how fucking empty i felt when you left. :( next time you need to stay as long as i do cos splitting up will never ever be allowed again. i didnt get much of a break in between seeing you off in a cab til i was at the catalina listening to Pole Folder play. but thats another story....

Here I am sat in my little office back on English soil, no sun, no sand, no buzz and none of the fantastic people I met whilst there.

To my room mates, Mr Steve James, Adam the Camera man and Sharon the sensable one. You guys made me feel like one of you`re own from the very first second we met and I thankyou from the heart of my bottom for that. You filled me with vodka, took me to the beach at 2 mins to 12 and watched me jump in the sea. How do I remember it being 2 mins to 12 you all ask, well thats the time my watched stopped working, unfortunately it was not waterproof :lol: After that it was a running joke and I never took my watch off.

I gotta say something :

It?s about time we recognize what this thread is. Personally, as a person who dreams of one day going to Miami for the WMC to party like there will be no life left after it (my sister was there 3 years ago), this thread is the 2nd best thing, and probably the best thread I?ve ever seen on the net.

I have to thank eveybody who was there in Miami and posted on this thread, for making the whole MS community a part of the event. This is proof of what an online community can be, and MS in particular was more of a community than it ever has been throughout this thread. Fuckin?beautiful.

Everyone is included but of course I have to give special heartfelt thanks to Jibs, MJ and Pickle, there were times when I felt I was there with you guys, I think there were at least 2 or 3 nights when I actually got drunk here at home in a sort of "solidarity" with you guys. Believe me, I raised my glass in your honor a couple of times!

Tears come to my eyes thinking of the day I?ll finally share the crazyness with you guys, but in the meantime, on my behalf andm I believe, of the whole MercuryServer community, thank you for what you have done here.

Jet lagg is fucking awfull, I just woke and the time is 2.35 am.

Did I tell you about the time I disapeared down a whole? Fuck man, that hurt. I`d just got a round of drinks in after meeting Ska, Kim, and DG for the first time, we were sat at the open air bar around the back of our hotel, I got off my chair, placed my right foot on what I thought was going to be the ground and simply disapeared from everyones view.. just vanished! There was a tree that came up through the wood decking we were at but the whole it came thru was much bigger than the tree. I got a few little cuts but some massive bruising. I can see the funny side of it now but god it hurt.
