This is total crap. I haven't ever seen anyone violent while under the influence of marijuana, unless they had been drinking alcohol as well. How about if Bush makes alcohol illegal based on all the alcohol-related deaths and families torn apart? What he needs to do is make it legal, tax it a bit, and grow the dankest shit we ever knew! :Blazed:
