I am wondering what people majored in college and what jobs they have now.

I just chose my final major and i am unsure of what jobs i will be eligible for so to speak later on. I miss my liberal arts fun college classes!

I got a degree i enjoyed, and didn't give a shit what sort of job i'd be elligible for afterwards. Not the point of going to college for me. Graduated with a Literature/Creative Writing degree. Loved every bit of it.

Could have been a teacher, but kids pretty much suck, so...that was out.

Was in medical sales for 7 years after college, now i own my own company.

undergrad in Accounting/bus law and a minor in efficiency management. masters in accounting focus on tax law.

architecture - major / city planning - minor kansas state university, kansas

architecture university of liverpool, uk

currently work in an architecture firm and do 3d modeling/rendering and graphic work on the side.

Still working on it. I'm going to change my major from Computer Science to Network Security and I'm going for a minor in Music.

associate in applied science for computer network administration... right now i do network and desktop support for a manufacturing company. need to get back and complete the bachelor's and get a proper job making some proper money, planning on going back in the fall. i went through and did all the classes i needed, taking very little that i was interested in.

Bachlelor of Science in Civil Engineering, university of akron, ohio...GO ZIPS! lol.

and now i am a project engineer doing mostly roadway design.....

polymer science? is a hard ass degree to get from what i hear...they spcialized in that at my college (u of akron in ohio)

they had a huge state of the art building devoted all to polymer sience....it was so restricted in that building that u could only go up two floors in the elevator...u needed a code to get to all the other floors....it was mostly asian students as well...few americans.

I havent done much highway design....mostly just milling and resurfacing projects on highways...

Most of what i do is either county or city road reconstruction or new construcition.

Same thing, but I did my study abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. Daveman and I were classmates.

BS- Motion Graphics/Visual Effects at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh > Graduate in 3 weeks. Studied Graphic Design for 3 years prior to that at Bowling Green State University.

I'm moving to San Fran in 5 weeks and will be working as a Senior Art Director.
