No kidding -- there's this kid that just started here in January, one my good friends got him the job. All this guy heard was how business was booming, how much guaranteed loot we were pulling in, paid travel all over the country ect.. ect..

The 2nd day on the job the boss drops the bomb that we're going from correspondent to broker based sales thanks to the market forecasts - no more travel, 100% commission, complete department restructuring. Poor kid was ripshit - but the look on his face after the meeting was priceless.

I have seen so many people come and go it is amazing!! I don't really get to know anyone that is new until they have been here for more then 3 or 4 months. Chances are they will be gone before then.
