Damn it!!! You guys get all the great shows and we in ohio get shit. There hasn't been a big dj play here in as long as know.

I'm spinning for a while with a friend of mine at the club where I hold my thursday residency. Should be fun. We actually get to play till 3AM WOW!!!:roll: I think i'm going to make him play about an hours worth of the good tribally tenaglia stuff. Gotta play Flash!!!

Haha, thanks Jeffrey, you too!! Bought the amp today, hope it works as i hoped. So far it seems to be a good one, just need to clean out the volume knob and put some contact spray on it. Sound is awesome...

Bah...I´ve stopped caring too much about NYE about 2/3 years ago...the image of people puking all around me at 10 p.m. cuz they can´t pack some booze is not funny anymore (only in a sarcastic way). And I just know my best NYE ever is behind me, it was 6 years down South and consisted of 4 days of drugs, alcohol, sex and loud heavy metal. I´m getting old, so I doubt I could pull one of those binges off again.

So I´ll just stay at my home with my kids and some friends, catch zome zzz´s and at around 7 or 8 a.m. I´ll head out to an after-hours party where my sister and some of her friends will be DJ´ing, it´s gonna be the coolest after-hours in Lisbon !

I think a house part is the way forward. Clubs are overpriced too packed and a nightmare to get home from. Its always a let down anyway.

Supposibly headed into a little village called London or something. Apparently the houseparty we are going to is going to "blow" (though I would quite like to get a bit of hog roast action going on) so I suggested a trip to a little pub in Streatham to twist some melons. Now we'll just have to wait until tomorrow to see if anyone has actually organised anything.

agreed...

We found some sort of small hall we could rent for 20 euros... I'll be there eating & drinking with 20 friends and after that we might go to our city centre, or just stay there if it's fun...

any party is overrated that day, so I don't even bother finding a place where you pay tons of cash to drink "all inclusive" and when you go to the bar, all what's left is some beer :)

For what was officially the worse year of my life, I'm closing it out with a big bottle of Grey Goose, John Digweed in Costa Rica, and the Giants vs. Raiders. NYC is too fucking crazy on NYE.
