The only female that could ever be considered for doing the first GU would have to be Sandra Collins. Even she's a long shot.

Sandra Collins would be my vote as well, but I don't feel that it would be a long shot for her. She's the single most accomplished and respected progressive female DJ on Earth.

I haven't heard anything from the recent percrapto series that she did, but in the old days she was truely an awesome DJ. The Tranceport CD that she did was great and the Cream set was very good as well, imo. And repected yes, she held residencies at many top clubs around the world. She's been DJing for over a decade man.
I'm curious, can you name a progressive spinning female DJ that is more accomplished than herself?

I don't want you to get the wrong idea. Chloe Harris is awesome and would most definitely be my 2nd choice for this, but Sandra C. is practically a veteran.

Love the tracks she lays down but I'd guess she'd be better suited for a Fabric compilation (as she's played there before) or the long shot being a Balance comp.

She is the WORST DJ to ever grace the decks of any night club and if she were chosen to do GU i would at that point stop buying GU CD's

The only one I would shell out money for would be chloe harris, cannot think of any other female dj with any half decent exposure. Collins always has such bad reviews and her cd's havent interested me up til now.
