its never just a pen. i have shitty handwriting and need the fine points. it was a cross pen my father gave me and someone else's secretary lost it, when i know she was the only other person in the office yesterday after we all left. CVNT, she denied ganking it, but now seems to be searching the desks for something.

If it is on [b]your[/b] desk it is yours to use and if someone wants to [b]borrow[/b] it they should [size=4][b]ASK[/b][/size] first and return. I always ask and always return because it is what is right. Talk about ethics pens should be discussed. I hate people that steal things that are obviously mine. I can tolerate a little white lie but I cannot tolerate someone that steals, cheats or says they will return a borrowed item and never do, becuase that is stealing.

I used to have to get my boss a handful of pens in the morning when we ran out so he could chew them down to nothing during the day. (we traded NASDAQ stocks - very stressful) He was known a Chewie throughout the office.

If you want my opinion, for real, if it is on [B]your[/B] desk it is yours to use and if someone wants to [B]borrow[/B] it they should [SIZE=4][B]ASK[/B][/SIZE] first and return. i used to hate that.. it got to the point where i always held my pen in my hand cause people would steal it & get me sick somehow. the germ patrol was in full affect, we made a list of people who acted as if they had better things to do that wash with soap or at least get their hands wet after shakin their snake. seein that shit led me forma list & keep an eye on my pens.

I've got one guy here that flosses his teeth at his desk, cuts his nails. I've even seen him come out of the bathroom without washing his hands.
