If in fact it's not Diggers (which I still believe it is), maybe it's Gab Olivier from Zero Tolerance! It does have that sound. Ah ha!

I wonder why nobody has even mentioned the other Digweed set which has been made available the same day..the one labelled as John Digweed - live@Fabric, London November 13, 2004. :P

In all honesty tho......the November set u mention....

I think the first hr is superb. Nice tight house groove going on.

The difference between the 2 sets couldnt be wider.

Anyone happen to know the mix of 'This beats all over my body' that is played in november04 set??

I haven't listened to the sets yet but i find it hard to believe they are from Fabric even if they are Digweed, i don't know of any live recordings from Fabric apart from the odd hour that Digweed has broadcast on his show.

this is the only time I'll post my opinion about this:

the first hour or so sounds very much like the dark side of Digweed when he used to play like that... no doubt.

but then it gets way to psychadelic for him, I would even call it minimal psycho at times, I would say of the sounds that Yahel sometimes plays..

could it be Yahel? :|

Hey Chem, surely you remember Sasha's 2-hour Fabric Essential Mix ... I was playing it only a couple of weeks back.

In terms of the Diggers set .. was everyone that went so cained that night that they don't know if was him ?

I know Hos & MJ were there in Feb, maybe they could tell us if it's Digweed or not....? :P

Yea, I'm having my doubts too now. First hour sounds like a set diggers might play, especially since a few of the rekkids ID'd have been played on his kiss100 show. After that it gets waaay too nuts for it to be him. I noticed a comment about the mixing style, and I'll second that notion. Diggers mixing tends to be alot smoother, drawn out, and subtle I find. The style, esspecially in the latter parts, just doesn't seem to match. I'm super curious about who made this mix though, because I still think it's incredible. Not sure why you'd make something this good and then not take credit for it. Esspecially since it's going to be mislabeled for good now that it's spread out pretty far out in 1/0 land.

Will this thread die now?

i can give you the info on where i recieved the set.....they were posted on the GU board under the tracklisting section. the links were up for a bit then they took them down......and the dude's email.....if anyone wants it pm me i have been in contact with him he's from russia.....but its like talking to pataky pal
