In this light it is inceasingly incomprehensible that my govt released a suspect of whom even the court was sure he was planning a bombing (also based on him having blueprints of the target in his posession), but he was acquitted...because it is not forbidden to have blueprints in your posession. I have a friend working in London which I haven?t been able to contact yet. I?m a bit worried, although I don?t think he worked in that area. All mobile phone networks are dead, right?
