My god i just love cheese. Now im not talking about the stuff that Tiesticle spins im talking about the stuff you put on your toast or the stuff that turns a salad sandwich into heaven in your mouth. Cheese has got to be the best food i put in my mouth.

For me its got to be very strong and very smelly. Danish blue, stilton or rochefort are the ones i go for. I gotta say tho that brie is a cheese i just dont get, it`s just bland and useless.

And who ever thought cheese was the best thing to knibble on when you are drinking red wine. Genius :Bingo:

Ah the wine & cheese concept... most excellent.

I love swiss cheese every since I was very young.
The best is the ham & swiss cheese sandwich. Yummy :D

And then there's the stringy melted cheese on pizza.

Well I'm getting hungry off for a snack.

Yeah! There's nothing like munching on bacteria as a nice afternoon snack. :Barf:

very mild with a bit of a diarrhea smell to it.

The only cheese to have is smelly cheese. I've been known to be partial to some Danish Blue and a cold pint of larger and i've found that rochefort also goes very nicely with humus.

Go to some euro-shop, if you can find one around your place, find the french section and sniff. Follow your nose and you'll find REAL cheese. 8)
