cant throw around the classic term around lightly but def one of the most anticipated releases so far this year. the snippet kinda of makes me thing this is more of a balance019v2.0, but thats a good thing as i think that one is definitely a classic.

I just loved the balance mix, but i overplayed it and now really dont listen to it anymore.....I am sure this will be good, he spent 2 years working on it....

same here, i would prefer to w8 another year to get a properly done involv3r rather than having such a "something doesn't sound right album" from the man. its not bad @ all tho, but i wonder why they didn't add Home Video, life on happiness, and Bonobo remixes to it :/ @ least on the second disk.... anyways... Henry for the rescue :D

Not that I could find besides Amazon.co.uk, but that's not for buyers in the US. So I just went the iTunes route for instant gratification. 23 hours, got up at 7am was working by 9:30am didn't get home until 6:30am and didn't sleep until 7:30am because my son has a cough and runny nose from getting his molars in (teething isn't cool).. I'm rounding that off to 23 hours of work :lol:.

It sounds more like a compilation than a continuous mix..some of tracks are, i dunno, almost mixed, but not quite.
For me the journey doesn't carry any momentum like in his Balance mix, every time it goes from one track to the other, it resets.. and that takes away from the listening experience. At times it almost feels like you are hitting the skip button..
Otherwise I think that the tracks are beautiful.. rich melodies, lots of detail.. lovely music. But really, you can buy the ones you like separately, no need to buy the whole album.
Maybe its just me.

Hopefully its just me.. and I do like the tracks, I just couldn't enjoy the album the way its set up. I only listened to it twice last night.. will try again, but it starting to remind of how things went with involver 3.
I will have to play it on my stereo and in the car as well.. i went straight for my armature headphones, and maybe they are a bit too precise for this.
I dunno.. maybe they should disclose if its a continuous mix upon release, so people know what they are buying. Its true that it didn't say that it was either, i was just expecting it to be for some reason.
