I get you, but they are the exceptions. For the most part it's first name/last name straight up. Why hide behind a made up name anyway??? Sasha is easier to remember, but I think Alexander (or Alex even) Coe is more memorable. Ok, bad example...Sasha's skills stand out more that anything, which is why his name is so known.

i think the birth name or a close facsimile there of is best.. using a pseudonym for production.
Good thinking...real name for your DJ career, pseudonym for production. Until it starts to get silly like those that have like 3 names for producing. cough James Holden cough.

it's short for Alexander or Alexandra. You may not be that familiar with this name, but in eastern europe there are many Sashas. I know a couple... The only weird thing about it is that it's the same for men and women. So I know one Sasha who is a girl... And another one who is a guy... :lol:
