yum...great stuff.
Re: Favorite Drink
Single malt scotch (I prefer Lagavulin and Laphroaig, the smokier the better). Gin and Tonic A decent dry martini (a bad one can ruin a man's day).
As for a pint I prefer IPA.
I drink wine very occasionally, mostly red. And chardonnay.

Love Penfolds in Winter ... haven't had a bottle for ages.
Grange starts out at £150 a bottle ... so I doubt I'll be sampling unless it's a major payrise occasion lol.
The St Henri and Bin 389 are probably the nearest I'd get .. and that would still be a decent outlay !

Grey Goose+water+splash of lime juice or a nice glass of wine :)

I was on grey goose with lemonade and a sliced lime at fabric - very refreshing ... as long as you don't overdo it :P
Re: Favorite Drink
Seeing we are talking vodka. Last year when I went to Brisbane to see Hernan , I met up with 4 guys from interstate as well. They were buying the drinks so threw in some money for Vodka , was totally shocked at how much it cost, particularly as I was only having one drink , but I guarantee it was actually worth it.

Re: Favorite Drink
Since my cruise with my wife, I've developed a taste for mojitos - tough to find someone that can mix it right and with some skill.
Re: Favorite Drink
^^^^ mmm a well-made mojito is perfect for a nice sunny day! Like you said though, it's hard to find places that make them right

I've never understood the difference between gold and blue label. They also appear similar priced.
I'll stick to a far cheaper bottle of Jameson :) Such a great whiskey.

Re: Favorite Drink
At the moment my favorite beer is Newcastle Brown, though for lager Sol is an excellent beer, and Desperado also! When I drink spirits, I enjoy spiced rum like Captain Morgans, though its almost too sweet, Vat 19 is damn near perfect, excellent with coke, and Absolut with water and lime cordial is beautiful! That being said, i'm a poor student, so usually when i'm drinking its a 2 litre bottle of Strongbow... and I have a penchant for Buckfast.

Re: Favorite Drink
When I'm drinking I prefer vodka. Usually in this order:
Roberto Cavalli Stoli Elit Belvedere Grey Goose
When I'm not it's Dr. Pepper or water.
Re: Favorite Drink
Clothing companies are getting into the vodka game now too? WTF.

Trust me I thought the same thing, but it's honestly the smoothest vodka I've ever had. If you have around 50-90 bucks to drop on a bottle and remotely like vodka, it's a great buy.
Re: Favorite Drink
I don't mind vodka but I never saw the novelty in all of the premium brands. Anything which is better by tasting less and less flavourful and more like water doesn't seem that great to me. Give me a good gin and tonic and I'm happy. :D
Re: Favorite Drink
Could be this.
