any assault w/ grenade launcher, 2nd launcher, scavenger, danger close, site rep ; claymore ACR/M16 RDS, scavenger, power shot, ninja ; claymore P90 akimbo, marathon, power shot, steady hands

hardware, mouse&keyboard xim on ps3 :P i still suck

clinch prestige as long as you keep on playing (regularly) -- it might serve irrelevant otherwise.

imho, there comes a point when ya' don't even think (conscientiously) about k/d, w/l etc. etc.; and ya' just play, regardless: for the win, for fun, or for fucks sake, whatever. just play your styles with tact.

You can change your gamer tag but you have to pay, i think its about £7-8. Quite a piss take really.

^^ Lol, i got that the other day. Called in a care package and hid in the bush, the enemy came and laid right next to the flare and the crate bounced on him. Never thought i would get that challange.

i remember when i got mine; it was on terminal, and i was crouched in the back of the level outside the bottom room with the escallators going up, and some guy on the other team jumped out that huge glass pane and ran right past me... then the crate hit him as he was sprinting by :lol: it was funny cos i could tell he had lightweight and marathon on, and akimbo 1887's. he musta been going "wtf!"

I have done both challenges already: Kill an enemy with a crate, and kill an enemy with a crate for the game-winning kill. All of them were done in cooperation with the other team though :lol:

This was the first time I had actually (accidentally) killed an enemy with a crate during normal gameplay

The game-winning kill one was the shit. I had nearly all enemies huddled together right on top of my care package marker. The crate came down on all of them, but because I only needed one kill to win the game only one random dude of the 6 died :lol:

That's awesome. I got mine on Invasion. I threw it in the back where the grass is and I was huddled down and the guy must have seen my care package marker and ran towards it. Perfect timing! My son and laughed about that for the longest time.

Played online for the 1st time in my life last night. What a waste of time! Killed about 20 times, don't know how. Seems I move and bang I'm dead. Can't even see any opposition to shoot them. There are some hardcore gamers on there.

Have finished the campaign, will now concentrate on the special ops. Think I will onloy play online with my nephews from now on!

You need to get some experience playing online with some of these guys. Just stick with it and before you know it you will be one of those guys doing the picking off. :)

So are mine. If it wasn't for Saturday's I would get no time in (Saturday is Dad/Son day). But I still manage to get a game in every night, even if it is one game. Nothing like getting your ass handed to you while your son is watching knowing that when he plays he'll go 30 and 1 just to show you how good an 8 year old can be. :roll:

A question about the online multiplayer - what is the point of the map in the top left corner? Is this meant to show where all the players are?

I really struggle to find anybody to shoot, and when I do I get shot before I've even had a chance to fire!

If I knew where people were then it might be a little more enjoyable

Yes. When they fire they will show up as red dots and your teammates are green. Unless of course they are using one of the perks and in that case they won't show up on the radar.

I felt like this too! I stuck with it and now I am the one doing the killing haha. It sucks at first because you have crappy guns, no perks, etc etc once you get higher up you will be better.

I play this on ps3 as well...great game...but it just makes me think...if you play this multiplayer you are up against guys playing on a PC with a mouse...it seems kinda unfair...my head keeps poping like a melon

i dont play any FPS games anymore but this is the very reason why i dont have an xbox. i can run squares around folk on quake 3 with my keyboard and mouse. trying to do the same with xbox controllers cant compare, thus i cant stand playing console FPS games.

As far as the new maps go I like Crash the best. Such a small and fun board... I also heard they are working on another map pack which will be the last.
