Simply put, this the greastest achievement in video game history. It is not a game...it's an interactive CGI movie. The best graphics the world has ever seen, excellent sound and physics that let you interact with the entire world. I spent 10-15 minutes last night just picking up bottles and throwing them at the Combine guards and seeing how they would react. The facial expressions are as good as promised, you can actually tell what a person is saying or feeling when you can't hear them talking (thanks to the ambient sound that is a little too loud at times).

I really can't say enough. Nothing, movie, game or otherwise, has lived up to the hype like this has. It is hands doen the best game ever made and a huge step forward in every aspect. Even if you don't play games, check this one out. It's an experience!!!

Yes, for those who thought this would be impossible, it is a dream finally come true. Im still in the part where your going through the toxic areas with the fan bike jumping ramps like a motherfucka. Its fukin awesome and the tracks played in between suspense moments makes its truly exciting. :RockOn:

Installed it last night. Quite the lenghty install, but overall am satisfied. Only played single-player last night to kind-of get the feel for the game, and am very happy with the gameplay.

Can't wait till more online game mods come out, as I'm not much of a CS player. I played TFC for years, even professionally.

I have heard the install is a friggin nightmare!!!! and every time you want to play you have to log onto a server even though it is not a multiplayer game. Something about security . Apparently it is creating quite a commotion on the fan sites. I will not be buying this if this is true.

I got it through Steam and have had 0 problems as of yet. I can play it in Offline mode and everything. Funny, because alot of the complaints seem to be coming from those who have store bought copies. Conspiracy??? :Who:

DAMN, AM I STUCK!!!!!!!

Anyone remember the part in the Canals were you are in a room with a grating floor and there is big pipe enterance in the wall below? All I can think to do is stack a bunch barrels on top of each other and try to jump up into it. Well...the room is full of water and you have to keep jumping on this little drain thing to keep your head above water. Once I get the barrels all stacked up I jump onto the and I can't even jump. Damn, this shit is frustrating!!!

I'm sure no one has any idea what I'm talking about, but if you do PLEASE help a brotha out. I don't want to start getting pissed at this game already.

evangelion... ure in d part with the motorcycle ? is there sort of a ramp ? i read that u have found 3 barrels, if were talking about d same part then grab the barrels go down the water and put them under the big sorta box ! the ramp will rise so u can go with the bike lol. nice physics indeed :D

The tunnel is red right? Go into the next room upstairs where you'll find a valve (hard to reach, try approaching it from the top) to fill all the rooms with water, then swim back down to that tube.

Next room is simple, use your crowbar underwater and get those boxes un-stuck, then hop on them and get out of there.

It should run fine. This game is tuned like none before it. I've got a 2.6 P4, 1GB DDR400 and a Radeon 9600XT and I get between 30-130 FPS with everything cranked. The frames jump up and down alot, you can go from 30 frames to 100 just by turning you head, but I figure that will be addresed in a future update.

The game is awsome looking but it is one pile of BUG right now. The audio stuttering is unplayable at times, this is certainly NO fun. Something's wrong with the sound loading into the cache. The sounds are calculated on your processor instead of your sound card... I hope they fix this game VERY SOON! I stopped playing right now, because the stuttering is really killing the experience for me!

Lets hope this is not true. Although I've noticed many games try to access the internet during gameplay. They spent $40million in the development of HF2 so I wouldn't be surprised.
