No problem, I can live another year with Windows XP for sure. I doubt Games can really take much advantage of DX10 even next year. Most started producing their games before it was out and will maybe adjust it to be compatible with DX10 but the new options need to be explored first. As soon as programmers know it in and out DX11 will show up on the Horizon...eternal law. :lol:

I'm playing the Crysis MP beta.....not that impressed by it so far.

Don't know why people are so afraid of Vista, I've been running it for over 6 months with no major hitches.

I was thinking of getting that Black Edition model but then I read up on what AMD is releasing next so I guess I'm putting off my next build until early next year.

AMD better bring it no matter what they do....I read a write up on Penryn on Anandtech, and while it is not a major revision, it could help Intel stay on top for [B]another[/B] revision cycle. I don't know how many more AMD will have in them if that continues.

It was just confirmed to me that the digital download version of Crysis available for pre-order through EA Link includes all of the extras that the store bought pre-orders do.

I'm running this bitch on high settings and 0xAA. Performance is good but not the best. SLI & another 2gb of ram will do the difference!

it runs smoothly with my 8800gts 320mb with a amd x2 4400 with 2 gigs ddr2 800 at 1680*1050 i get 20-40 fps with everythiing on high, but shaders and shadows on medium
