Re: Apple iPhone 5S
Honestly, I'm not just saying it, having gone through a slew of high-end Android devices and a (presently) mediocre iPhone 4 (with iOS 6 and 7 beta installed recently), I came away feeling a lot more "satiated" with IOS than Android. I can't explain it, but the sense of security knowing that 10 different manufacturers with scrupulous intentions couldn't have some retarded backdoor hacking away my passwords made me more comfortable with it (Huawei and God knows who else is in on it, in this near Third World War era we live in).
That and the fact that iOS's more stringent app requirements make for a safer / secure platform in a post-prism / anonymous world (heck even DOD admits they have a nightmare with iMessage). Moreover, iOS still performs relatively smooth on my older hardware and the massive adoption of Apple products by family and friends makes it a relatively easy no-brainer to switch to.
Don't get me wrong, Android 4.2.2 on my HTC One is just silk, but it doesn't make me "feel" like iOS does...
Very nicely put.... I am always at a loss for explanation as to why I still use my iPhone and iTouch over any other Android device or mp3 player... although I am secretly rooting for Android, I have yet to be won over. I have a friend who thinks I am crazy to stick with the iPhone 5, since she's picked up her Galaxy S4
