Re: 2009 Winter Music Conference Guide
^Nice detective work friend but if i had copied it from tranceaddict then the word "flyer" would be next to the event's and the tranceaddict list is much shorter...

I certainly did not type it up if thats what your getting at?
Actually one of the parties does have 'flyer' next to it... maybe you missed one?

Re: 2009 Winter Music Conference Guide

Are you checking all edm related message boards to make sure you get credit? Btw...I've steered alot of people to Tranceaddict to check out the events listings for wmc because I've found them to be the most extensive and last year I posted a direct link. So there ya go....thanks!

Re: 2009 Winter Music Conference Guide

hahaha, you know I will! it's not often these guys are within a couple of hours from me

and seriously, formatting a list? wow, who would have thought to put the date and then follow it with the events on said date.. ground breaking, lol

did you give credit to the wmcon.com website and their list, they too put the date and then the events on that date. Seriously mate, get over yourself
Alright you guys win. I'm full of myself and should get a life.

Coming from the dude with 9000 posts.

Signed, the Tool
Dude. You crack me up. You spend hours specially formatting a list of public events that has already been copied in various forms about 1,000,000,000,000,000 times across cyberspace (which already makes me wonder about your life) - and then you expect the whole world to specially thank you if they happen to repost the version that you publicly posted?? Really? For what, the special sized font that you used?:lol::lol:

It's not your mix. It's not a track you produced. It's not a patentable Nobel prize-worthy idea that you exclusively came up with. It's a list of public events posted in a public forum, kind of like a bus schedule.

And guess what: any WMC list is going to essentially be a 90% copy your list because they're all the exact same dates and events, you genius.

Life is short. I suggest you deal with it and move on.

Re: 2009 Winter Music Conference Guide

:deadhorse:

I do see your point in regards to copying a proprietary list of events off of a membership based message board and posting it on another message board, but we both know a blog is intended to be public.

Contact the owner of the blog via the PM that I took the effort to send you earlier today and take the issue up with them I guess, but Miro's suggestion would make more sense.

Re: 2009 Winter Music Conference Guide

Dude I do see the point that you're putting work into the list, but the list is helping people out for WMC, right? So take satisfaction in that..not the credit you receive for it. Many of my links are taken & posted some place else. But who cares cuz it's about sharing the music & the info right? Just saying:group hu:
