So I was thinking that we should arrange some sort of meet up during WMC....would be nice to meet up over lunch/dinner/drinks outside of a club so we can chat and what-not

What does everyone think?

I'm in! Dinner or drinks would be great! I don't know any restaurants in SoBe but somewhere that's vegetarian friendly would be great for me.

couple years ago when mj came over there were about 20 of us or more at the pawnshop for digweed. that was awesome, met quite a few ms heads that night and ran in to some of them throughout the week. trying to get a lot of people together for dinner/lunch will never happen, but we did chill with some people here and there in regular bars during the days. there's just so much going on it's hard to get everyone together.

^^^ I think it could work if we do it one of the first days everyone is there before we are all caught up in the WMC craze....if most people are staying in the same area, it may be a bit easier...

beach plaza was a lot of fun when i stayed there.. house music bumping from 11am till 5am.. rooms were small, but i hear they redid a bunch of them. plus the location is just about perfect.. walking distance to pretty much anywhere and a gas station over the road for munchies and beer!

with the hotel room..he pulled this shit last year...but was sure to get one this year...but his friends backed out last minute...last year i was able to stay with friends who lived in ft lauderdale but they have since moved back to tampa...ill probably just come down for the weekend and get a hotel room somewhere in miami...

I stayed there last year and did not sleep 1minute. Non-stop partying in the courtyard. You could hear it even louder in the bathroom. Take your ear plugs or plan on putting up with terrible vocals, mixing and non-stop disco house.

I faintly remember you guys coming to the plaza one night. I was trying to coordinate with Adam, but something got lost in translation. Its a very cool place, just not easy to sleep when your window is above the DJ booth. I recommend a room on the opposite side of the hotel. The MS hotel was pretty sweet, can't remember the name of it.
