hey all,

quick question about miami...there are two types of tickets for the Ultra music festival, General Admission (for $129) and VIP (for $350). Whats the difference between them...we want to buy tickets asap, and are wondering if its worth the $350 for the VIP?

any help is mucho appreciated.

the difference is, one is a much larger ripoff than the other. stay away from that turd fest and hit the smaller clubs and pool parties.

meh, its my first wmc...and i want to see sasha and digweed. i can't make digweed at the pawn shop the week before, and i won't go to wmc without seeing him at least once. unless you know somewhere else he is playing between the 25th and 30th....

other than that we'll be at the smaller shows for sure.

didn't think the pawnshop gig Always fell a week prior. just depends on his schedule. it could happen the day before Ultra. ya never know. you wont get the full s&d experience at Ultra anyway. they only play 2 hours (usually) and they're so far up on stage they look like ants.

i totally agree with jibs. The more underground clubs...which always includes space...are the ones to hit up this year. Just sucks i may not be there AGAIN.

no i don't think it always happens a year before, but from what i can tell (scouring websites) the pawnshop gig is on the 18th (danny howells on the 19th or 20th i think).

do sasha and or digweed play space?...cause that shit i will go see!

any other recommendations you guys have (i'd kill to see howells too) would be great. i realize it may be a bit too soon to be asking.

Yeah, the conference is the week after that (not a year), so there's that.

I bought a ticket to Ultra, but just a regular priced one. Most def the underground club events will take precedence, but I figured it'd be fun if there's time.

I've been to the WMC the last two years and haven't been to ultra. It would be cool to go for the experience of a party of that caliber. The pictures from last year are amazing. Massive stage, lights and sound. Just don't think that I can pay that much money for short sets, and huge line. I would much rather catch S&D in a club one night.

Pawnshop rocks out hard, love that place

Space is sick as well, once you get past the line.

If this event was any other time of year and not during WMC I would definitely attend...with all the other amazing venues to see your favourites there is no point in forking out all that money
