Sorry for the short notice but it has just been brought to my attention that Randall Jones, Astro & Glide, and Agent Hito will be spinning at Cellar Bar on Friday Feb 4th. That's all the info I have.

*NYC 2/4* Randall Jones - Astro & Glyde - Hito
Cellar bar sucks though...doornazis, ridiculously priced drinks and the crowd sucks too. Would absolutely love to catch Randall (as well as most of Andy's friday night cellar party guests), but after the hassles I've had at this place more than once, I won't even bother anymore. Sucks cause I'd love to see him :(
I haven't been there, but that sucks to hear. Oh well, I'm going to check it out anyway. Thanks for the headsup about the spot.
Good luck getting in. Make sure to bring some women and dress money.
Dress code? Thanks for the tip. Don't worry, I'll get in....

Cellar Bar isn't that bad. If you go early you should have no problems getting in at all. It's very small so after around 12 or so it's very hard to get in. Drinks are wayyy overpriced though. I'm thinking about going for a few hours as a pregame to Hector @ Sully... No dresscode and make sure you're on the guestlist even though it's a free party...
did anyone catch Jones???? :?:
not I...was at Hector Romero at Sullivan Room that night for an absolute crazy ass party! Asses shaking all-around :Naughty: :D
I did, I thought he was great. RJ played plenty of hot records, but the set was geared more for this venue, which is somewhat chilled out compared to be big floor club.. I got there late so Hito was on his last record when I walked in, but he was admittedly just warming up the crowd. Astro & Glyde were good too, got off to a bit of a slow start, but then fell into a nice groove.
I really like that spot though. Since you can park on the street in that part of town and there is no cover, the $13 drinks (Johnny Black on the rocks) is a little easier to accept.
Andy Z does a great job at bringing in the girlies too, I think I'll go back the next time LES is in the house, I haven't seen them in forever.
kool, sounds like fun :)
