Located conveniently in the East River between Manhattan, NJ, and Queens, Governors Island is New York's premiere outdoor venue, with the city's best views, and 20,000 feet of beach. Getting to Governors Island is just a quick, 5-minute boat ride away. The event will be accessible via New York Water Taxi. The Water Taxi's will leave every hour from Pier 11, located at the corner of South Street & Wall Street, approximately 4 blocks south of the South Street Seaport. The first ferry will leave at 4pm and every 15 minutes thereafter. Additional pickup locations may be added. There is no parking at the terminal itself, however there are ample lots in the area.
