So Im trying to figure out what Im doing for New Years this year. I figured we could have one big Post of all Big New Years Events (of course involving electronic Music and in the USA). Yes its the most overrated night of the year, but we all have a day of, and personally, I want to go see a big fuckin blowout of a show. Last Year I went to LA to the Together as One Festival and saw Sasha and Digweed (which was my best New Years yet at 31 years old). I dont know if I will ever be able to compare to that, but heres what Ive got to choose from so far....

Paul Oakenfold @ RAIN (The Palms Casino), Las Vegas

Armin, Deadmaux 5 and MANDY, Junior Sanchez @ LA Sports Arena (Together as One Festival) Los Angeles

Where are Diggers and Sasha gonna be? or Lawler? Anyone?

the plan was to be in boston this new years but looks like i might stay in tampa...not sure if anything is going on here but depending on the dj i may be willing to drive to orlando or miami....

this thread was a good idea btw....

oh and i went to circus maximus in downtown LA for new years 2007 for sasha and digweed and that was by far my most favorite new years ever

They werent at Circus Maximus. They played at T.A.O. (Together as One Festival) in the LA Sports Arena. Totally different than what your talkin about. I know, I was there. Best music Ive ever heard in my life as for a live DJ set. They MURDERED it...

best Digweed LA NYE set was 2002 at the Palace a 12 marathon set. John Debo opened, and Diggers was the best set I ever heard live. Wish I was at the Vagabond set at the WMC 08!

A buddy of mine said Sasha was in Moscow for NYE, have not heard much else. Shosh you know you would much rather see Oakenfold, I imagine, DJ Dan, Scooter and Lavelle along with all the usual turds will surface for some easy money in Vegas.
