Every year I've heard a new rumor about where it's going to be or if it was even going to happen. I think it's best to just sit back and wait for the news. I highly doubt that it'll be anywhere else. I'm not sure about the amount of clubs in Vegas but I know that there are so many venues in Miami (plus Ultra) and I don't know if another city could accomodate that. Plus all the pool parties. I don't think anyone would want to be at a pool party in Vegas with a bunch of 40 somethings who just wanted to get away for the weekend. I think Vegas would be too chaotic and much harder to organize. Who knows though...stranger things have happened. If it is there I'm afraid I'd have to miss it :(

I hope its in Miami, like Pam said it would suck in Vegas cause of the 'others' who happen to be there.

Either way I'm going this year!

hell yeah... :RockOn: vegas could accomodate the wmc ..there are plenty of clubs and any hotel would be able to have a kick ass pool party.. but the conference belongs in miami, miami is still all about the music and hopefully it will stay like that for years to come...vegas is all about stripers and drugs :Honest:

its getting crazy in miami as it is ... Nerve was a mess last year when digs was there ... Armani Exchange had a fashion show at Ultra while Zabiela was spinning ... i think they should keep it true to the music ... i like the models, those girls were hot but i want to keep it to music and hot girls dancing in the crowd ...

I think that part of WMC is the Miami Beach! The water there is gorgeous...

The LV rumor has been going around for years, so don't believe it. The dates for the WMC are usually announced by December. Otherwise, we're all anticpating those dates so we can book our tickets and party our asses off. :mrgreen: :RockOn:

I'm just hoping that it's during my spring break or around that time!! I don't know how long I can get away from school this year. As it is I barely get time to do other things. I often wonder why I did this to myself.

As far as LV...dey say that every damn year.....It been in Miami since its inception right?? so i doubt they would change locations...

plus miami has the best weather of anywhere in the us around that time. plus so many clubs.

I dont think that Vegas will happed just because of how many peple come from alll over the world. You would waiste another day flying across the country to Vegas. Stick to Miami. Besides there is no beach in Vegas. :lol:

Yep, the LV rumor is very old, it still gets circulated every year though.

I've found conference week mostly centres around the 2nd or 3rd weekend in March - this year's happened earlier than usual.

i missed them though :Down: my girl and i wanted to see deepdish...see the plan was to see diggers on friday at nerve, but it was sold out and then to see sasha and digweed at the ultra saturday day .. but everything got kinda turned around and it screwed our carefully crafted plans... i guess for WMC 05 we have to plan better... BTW i hope everything is not so spread out next year

^^^^ I figured out, the more you plan, the more you miss. Buy advance tickets to one or two shows, and play the rest by ear. More relaxing time, and the opporunity to see more. IMO
